    Very rude reception staff. Thankfully I did not stay there. I was at the brim of paying the advance.     Pathetic in one word

    I recently stayed In this hotel, Extremely bad hotel,The rooms are okeish,but the behavior of the hotel receptionists is pathetic. I was sitting in the hotel reception cause they have no signal in rooms and I had to send some very important emails. Suddenly the receptionist came and started to asked me to go to my room. I requested that I have to finish the important works,then they started to threaten me and stated to shout and asked me to leave or else they will beat me and they started pushing me snatched my phone from my hand damaged my phone and asked me to leave the hotel then and there. As it was midnight and my father is a elderly person I cannot take the risk to get out also they started threatening me that they will smash my phone on the floor. I was scared ,I told them sorry it was my fault that i was sitting there please give back my phone and please let us stay for the night. Somehow after so many request they given me my phone back. On the very next day I checked out and booked another hotel although ,I already booked this hotel for 4 day with all payments done.But i had to leave as they threatened me to leave also they told me they are the goons of Chennai and no one can take any action against them. So this was my story,If anyone reading this and if you are planning to come with family please at any cost avoid this hotel when you visit Chennai. You cannot take that risk with family. Even if you are single try to avoid this hotel. I will always remember the night it was 18/07/2019.The time was 23:30 and it continued till midnight 1:30 am 19/07/2019. There was 2 receptionist at that time,both of them threatened me one of them push me and beat me and snatched my mobile and damaged it.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
