    After a very long plane journey with two stop-overs, we arrived excited and very prepared. Guess what. They had double booked our room! And told us there were no more rooms, After at least half an hour of debate they refunded us less than half the money. We now have to go there to appeal to the manager to give the rest of our money. Do not stay here, seriously. Do not stay here.... More

    Worst hotel in chennai, won't recommend this place to anyone. This hotel rooms are filled with cockroaches and mosquito and you can't stay in this room even for 5mins. Plus they don't have any facilities, they provide you tap water to guest and they breed mosquitoes and cockroaches in their rooms to welcome their guests. They charged approx Rs. 1300 for AC room, people can't stay their even for 5mins if they give the room for free. The reception staff's are pathetic they are just their to collect money and if you highlight these issues to them they do nothing about it and say all over chennai their is mosquitoes what can they do about it. I made a mistake by booking this hotel I don't want anyone else to repeat the same mistakes hence highlighting it. ... More

    The hotel is not so good, it is not so bad either. The main problem was that staff couldn't speak English so I was just waving at them all the time. Better have a bed sheet with you if you are sensitive on that cause they beds are not very clean. And do yourself a favor and get a room with AC because Chennai is just too hot to survive without AC. ... More

    it was a below average hotel and pocket friendly too. Amenities include the wi-fi service contrasting to the budget. Old fashioned but places of interest are at a very walk-able distance. Express avenue mall, Marina beach etc., to name a few.... More

    I would not suggest at all this hotel to any business class people. Rude behavior from the reception and staff. No cleanliness. No mobile range inside the rooms. when i asked them to change the room they never listened to me .They behave as if they are doing a favor to us if we go and stay there after paying the full amount.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
