    The hotel seems to be newly renovated (or being renovated). Everything is new.... Clean new tiles, new lift, newly painted and with new fittings. Even the name says 'new malaysia inn'. + prime location - stone's throw away from pondy bazaar + hospitable, responsive and courteous staff + clean linen, beds, bath and rooms + simple decor, bright and vibrant lighting + ample natural lighting (in the room we stayed) + good room space, tv, ac and pedestal fan + geyser in bath for hot water - a little complicated jaguar bath fittings - noisy exhaust fan in the bath PS: You need to arrange water for yourself. ... The bathroom where the kept liquid soap and shampoo in container were strinking. SHock was awaiting when i went in the morning for complimentary Breakfast, I sat waiting for the breakfast from 0825 hrs to 0900 hrs but the breakfast was not served. god save us from this type of hotel management and the Yatra .com who sold this to me....   5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
