    The hotel has clean rooms and a very nice restaurant. The food served is excellent (but only Veg). The hotel is slightly far away from the main city and unless you have your own vehicle, it becomes difficult to travel around, as there is no way you can even get an autorickshaw. A pleasant stay...     Value for money, but needs some improvement

    Pros: 1.0> Wonderful hotel staff – Mr Bhawar, Mr Sanjay – polite, always helpful, always willing to serve, always polite, always smiling, attentive. 2.0> Good location – bang-at-the entry of Udaipur City from NH-8 side while entering the city from Nathdwara / Rajsamand side. Bhuwana Bypass is almost just at the entry of the city. Places close to it are the marble shops of Bhuwana market, Celebration Mall where eateries like Subway, Macdonalds etc exist. 3.0> Wonderful value for money. At this price, they have AC rooms, power back ups, good services, reasonably good food. They also allowed to keep our cocker (Roxy) to stay with us. Attached western style bathroom was there. Food is veg and of good quality. 4.0> Booking over phone also possible. Areas for Improvement: 1.0> Temporary vehicle parking is at the front side of the hotel besides the road. The secure parking is at the backside plot of the hotel bound by a protective wall. However, one has to take detour around the left side periphery of the hotel to approach there. The road to that parking is semi-built as on date. It is better if parking lot can be developed in front of the hotel after the on-going road widening job completes. 2.0> Credit / Debit card machine to be made workable. Hotel informed that the same is not working as the cables are damaged due to road-widening jobs in progress near the hotel. 3.0> Hot water is available in morning / daytime only. It will be helpful if the same can be made available round-the-clock especially in night. 4.0> Currently, lift is not available. If lift can be installed, this will be of immense help. If the hotel can be nurtured and developed well, this property has the potential to improve a lot and turn into a nice and economical place to stay in Udaipur.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
