    I booked this hotel on may 4th.. when i want to check in this hotel... hotel staff said there is no room in that hotel and they said sold out when i show my confomation voucher also there were not at all seeing my voucher.. and reception staff also there are unprofinational and uneducated.anf there are very rude... they doesn't know how to speak with guest or customer.. i already piad in online. But they doest have any information people who are coming to check in. When i asked those about money there were telling dont know... and i walk out from the hotel and checked in some where else Iam suggesting to every one please dont visit these kind of hotels... there are cheaters and they doesn't provide rooms any one come for check in.. if any one goes this hotel with family they will be fall in big problem.. There are cheaters... its not hotel to stay in delhi.... More

    This place stinks! Bedsheets old and stained. Bathroom stinks with no flush, ac not working properly and fraud done by staff! I booked through booking.com for rs 671 around and at hotel they charged me 794 per nite. Moreover later I got a mail from booking.com that my booking was cancelled which was not true since I checked in by showing the booking id. Beware don't get carried away by the prices, DONT GO!!!!!... More

    Floor not clean, bed sheets were not clean, towel was smelling, bathroom was not good, not as they showed on the website. Staff was good but felt slight rudeness in their tone. Not recommended for couples and family but a single guy can stay there.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
