A Third class hotel that do not provide tariff card to it's OYO customers.
I booked the hotel at a price of 3200 per room for 2 rooms for 28th June 2017 Night (where as I was been informed by OYO that room are Rs6200 per room with 50% discount)....
Rooms shown in picture are just appears to be fabulous. where as truth is very bitter...
It is very dirty room at a very very high prices.... truth you can see behind curtains.. whole night I could not sleep, because of sound of water falling from a height & mosquito....
Tiles in bathroom are broken behind the door. Door of bathroom is very dirty from behind....
Spiders and mosquito use to come from a broken and dirty window.
Peeks of PAN you can see on tiles of bathroom...
Hotel staff do not change the bed sheets and pillows for every new customer. In fact a sheet offered to me was having female hairs on bed sheet....
Despite of several request no Mosquito repellent was not offered in room.
Spot of human semen were there on blanket cover....
I would not recommend this hotel to any of Family People............
AND DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOMS FROM OYO, as their managers use to resolve the tickets with out taking to customer .............

The worst hotel rooms with broken lamps,lamps not working, corridors in mesh,window views are decorated with filthy garbage and waste materials, mattress with holes. Worst Hotel staffs, worst receptionist who are decorated with frowning face,rude and rough behaviour and they are institutions of negative greatness.To add to our woe,all the pepole receptionist hotel staffs were absent when we planned to move to other place inspite of advance payment being done through NET. We had to shift our luggage by ourself.

The Rooms are OK. The rooms facing Road are much better option. Other Rooms looks so compact. The Mall Road Lift is also walking distance. The public parking is also walking distance. Hotel does not have parking.

This was by far the worst hotel stay in Shimla ever. It is a small house converted into dingy hotel actually being run by servants. The rooms and bed linen was dirty & had poor lighting. Doors and Fixtures were as if they are 15-20 years old. Staff was least helpful and arrogant too.
OYO should immediately delist them from their site

It was very bad service and co-ordination from GOBIBO and “Hotel MahaMaya”.
I was booked “Hotel MahaMaya” prior to 2 months and also confirm my booking since 3 days prior to travelling and also confirmed once reached at Chandigarh Airport. Because of I am travelling with my 2 small kids and will reach at hotel by night at 1.00AM there should not be any mistake or inconvenient. In spite of so many times follow-ups with GOBIBO and “Hotel MahaMaya” it was unexpected check in issue with “Hotel MahaMaya”. They had booked same room with twice on OYO and GOBIBO for same date. Finally “Hotel MahaMaya” was not given me any room in same hotel even if I had book and confirmed prior 2 months they have provided alternate to refund my money or go for another hotel (dirty beds lounge kind off ) for night and at morning will shift to hotel.
It was very inconvenient that basted hotel guys and BC GOBIBO team has responded me what alternate we can do at night 1.00 AM.
Suggest you not to go for “Hotel MahaMaya” at shimla very MC guys I need to suffer because of hotel mistake and the team GOBIBO not take any steps again this hotel due to their business also not bother about the customer hence suggest you not to go by GOBIBO and not to stay such hotel
Horrible hotel staff every room doors has some holes and gaps from which you can see inside the room. Prior to check in please check and GOBIBO team has selected such hotel in their list.
