    This hotel, while only 20 years old, has been built to resemble a heritage hotel and the rooms reflect the style of eras bygone. While here, I became seriously ill (not the fault of the hotel) and I could not fault the attention or concern by staff. While we are here in the midst of a very hot summer, the air conditioned rooms provide a comfortable stay. The food in the restaurant is very good as is teh service.... More

    Very old but well keep establishment. The room we had was spacious with a large bed and reasonable bathroom with shower No heating as standard but room heaters were supplied by the management at our request. Tea and coffee facilities also included. Mini bar too. This an older hotel but well maintained and cared for. Staff were helpful at all times. The hotel is situated in a quiet location off the main streets so we did not venture out after dark but the room service was more than adequate and prompt. Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying a couple of nights. ... More

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice large rooms and very good food. We traveled in winter and the rooms were cold. Staff readily supplied heaters and we were comfortable. Showers lack a bit of pressure but the water was hot.... More

    This hotel certainly does live up to the expectations as advertised. Stayed here as part of a group tour. We arrived late afternoon, there were no towels in the room, waited approx 1 hour for them to be delivered. The sheets on the bed were blood stained, doonas were in the wardrobe but had no covers or were ripped and threadbare. After our tour spoke to management and asked them to remake the beds with clean sheets, this was still not completed when we arrived back after dinner. The next day he had to speak with management again and the sheets were finally changed. Whilst there are hot water heaters in all rooms, some did not work or ran out. . Breakfast consulted of eggs to order, cold toast, baked beans and mushrooms. Tea and coffee were luke warm with no lids on teapots (covered with Alfoil). There is a pool but it was dirty and in need of a good clean, unsuitable for swimming. The outside of building is very quaint, but sadly this place did not meet the grade. I would not recommend a stay here as this place is dire need of maintenance and a management shakeup.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
