Staff behaviour is very nice . They are very helpful.Hotel is very gud as compare to other hotels in pahar ganj. I was stay just like my home. They arrange any transport for travel with best driver. The hotel has a small reception area which was well decorated. We were offered rooms in the third floor. We took 4 double bedded AC rooms and were charged 1400/room through an agent. The rooms were maintained pretty well but were very small. There was so little space to move around. The bath room was clean and the staff was always eager to help us with our needs. The hotel has its own in house restaurant which offered tasty foods. Rooms gets stuffy without AC. The intercoms for some of the rooms were not working. Good for a transit stay!... More

Ended up booking this hotel through an agent in Agra, who even booked a bus for from Agra to Delhi (KGN tours and travel). Never book anything through him in Agra.
This hotel which was promised to us was in the main tourist stay area but to our surprise it was in a dingy area just not safe for anyone.
The rooms are filthy, not spacious.
I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Delhi. We had to stay there for a couple of days but ended up checking out just in a few hours of our stay.... More

i reach the hotel at night time they wont prepare the room the bed sheets are messy food is soo soo staff is rough tone.bathroom is very very dirty and have dranage problem.they charge higher rates for their foods.&said bill is submited to recpition billing centre at the time of check out they wont give the food bill & charge by as they like.very bad experiance to stay at this hotel...
