    had to wait for 30 mins at reception to check in ...after half n hr owner came half sleep and no apology.. worst place ever... no hot water ..rooms and bathroom was very very dirty..couldnt sleep for even a single hour..rooms were very cold...plz avoid if travelling with small kids / childrens......owner is very rude.... this hotel is cheap but for sure adding few hunderes you can get a rly nice hotel which is not bad. we bought our food from outside and when asked for plates and spoon owner denied very rudly as they dont give plates or spoon when u bring food from outside... definately not going to that hell again ...... More

    Located at 50 mtrs on right side turn on Hadimba Road. When you enter the hotel gate , first you will find the home of the owner and behind it the hotel is constructed. Check-in was fast and room was allotted. 3. If you are looking for basic hotel with all basic things then you can stay here. No restaurant ,Back up of power is provided by a generator with one light in the room. Though food served from the Menu was nice. 4. Room was spacious with Ok types TV and moderate clean room . 5.     Bathrooms flush not working. No cable connection. No generator / power back up for 2 continuous days. Owner and staff ready to fight with guest for any issues highlighted. Online booking is accepted with 100% non-refundable advance. thus no remedy available. No safety. Most pathetic hotel i have ever seen. Worst location in entire manali. Huge commutation problem.... Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
