    I have stayed many times at The Luna Rosa, I find the rooms to be clean, comfortable and well equiped as well as stylish. The complimentary tea and filter coffee as well as a fridge in the room more than make up for the lack of a restaurant, take aways are available from local hotels and the breakfast at the nearby Chittra Cafe is excellent. Internet is available and the rate of 990rs per room is great value for such a clean and well appointed room. The staff are generally helpful and the owner, Hussain, is an fine host. We stay with our children and find the larger room at the back of the hotel with extra beds are 'just the job'.... More

    The Worst Experience of my 45 years of traveling

    We come to Jaipur all the time on business and usually stay in one particular hotel. This hotel was booked and a business associate recommended this hotel to our peril. We met some travelers from Calcutta at the train station and they came with is to take alook before staying. When our rickshaw pulled up I asked the manager for help with the luggage which we had much and he snickered and said they didn't have anyone and do it myself. They have no elevator. I than asked him what was the fair from the Gandhi Nagar station to the hotel as and he told the rickshaw driver in Hindi to charge us 200 rupees and give him 50 rupees in Hindi not knowing my wife was in the rickshaw and could hear (she is Indian) and that I understood. We paid the real fare of 100 rupees. My wife was perturbed that he or his hotel had no one to help us and he told her that he did not ask us to stay there and we could find another hotel if we didn't like it. Our new friends turned and left without even entering the hotel and my wife got into an argument with the manager about his rudeness and we moved to another hotel.... More

    A Big Disappointment

    Hi All, I booked this hotel for a stay on 23rd and 24th December from Cleartrip after reading in the Reviews. I was really excited but once I arrived, the hotel turned out to be a huge disappointment. The room was stinking with smell of alcohol. Staff was ill mannered and hardly cared about your needs. The worst part was that manager never heard the complaints as well. Anyways the only good point was: availability of geyser in washroom Above all the room service number didnt work and the location is in a dingy colony. Also no personal restaurant in Hotel. A strict NO NO for families.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
