    This is my first contribution on TripAdvisor with okay type satisfaction,, I was there with my family..room was perfect according to the tariff.. But staff needs sence how to talk to guest (specifically Ravi on reception) ..but yes another one staff devkaran,,2nights he made my stay comfortable,, housekeeping staff never attend your call even they don't want to give you any kind of service. I was totally surprised they charged bottle of water too. All over not good.. But you need more staff (professional).... More

    One night was sufficient but...

    I stayed here with a group of friends for one night at the start of a road trip. We arrived late and left early. The hotel was conveniently situated for us and reasonably priced. My room, although superficially clean, was showing signs of wear and tear. The bed was soft. Two reusable bottles of water were provided. I did not use them. The bathroom was very small but there was sufficient hot water for showers. Steam escaped into the bedroom and created a damp atmosphere. Breakfast was minimal and and basic. The quality of food was not exceptional. It was served by members of staff who were not the most efficient or attentive. The hotel currently provides basic accommodation suitable only for a short, overnight stay. We stayed again, after a week, on our way back to Delhi. My opinion did not change during this second stay.... More

    Hotel comes in 4 star category but amenities is not worth of money. Room was not proper neat and clean. Swimming pool was not working. Services was very slow. Food were expensive and its oily also. I think in same price there is other options available near by only.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
