    1.Had booked in 3 Rd floor,was given in 2nd floor. Changed the room on the next day which did not had fan. 2.Nil restaurant, though pre confirmed as I had my small kid. Upon asking about menu card atleast 10 times they didn't even revert. 3. Nil fan and light in the 3 Rd floor room.Upon request and argument, they again advised to change room. 4. Dirty washroom. 5 WHEN I SHOUTED, HOTEL MANAGER TRIED TO SLAP AND FIGHT WITH ME AND MY 3 YR OLD KID. 6. THEY BEHAVED LIKE WILD ANIMALS INCLUDING THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL. NASTIEST EXPERIENCE EVER.....     This hotel was right next to our hotel sapphire. The hotel enjoys a better location as it has a direct sea view and more closer to the beach. However, the hotel has a gloomy appearance from outside. We took a sneak peek at their rooms and were really disappointed. Bad furniture, very thin mattress on the bed, cheap plastic chairs was a total turn off. Had breakfast at their restaurant in the morning and was no different than the quantity of the hotel. We ordered puri sabzi and they made puri out of atta, which obviously made them thick and tasteless. The double omelette we ordered could give us a glass full of oil if rinsed hard.     Horrible Experience at Hotel Leo Castle.

    We booked two triple bed rooms from 20th Jan to 23th Jan 2018. we had been given two rooms 402 & 107. During our 1st night staying specially at room no 402 we had horrible experience, we found lots of Bag at the bed thats why we could not slept well ultimately we was bound to shift bed matrix on the floor and rest of nights on the hotel he stayed on the floor this way, it was so painful to share the experience. Also the room service is very poor there was no hat water connection and geysers facilities, even room lighting system is dim, narrow passage and rooms are very dirty. so, we had a total wastage of moneys with horrible experience. I suggest to the travelers not to book Hotel Leo Castle. It was the worst hotel i ever stayed.... More

    Excellent room & location of hotel. Located on a sea beach of puri. Temple is about 3-4 km from here. Rooms on second & third floor are good for sea view. value for money hotel. . My parents staying there every year when they visit puri in rathyatra since 2005.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
