    OK nothing great about the place but the services and support staff is good always ready to help room are good as well the only draw back up is the bldg from out side look pretty old and the distance from the airport is quite far well as there 99% chances to get stuck in traffic as well... More

    Nice hotel but a little old

    I stayed for week. When arriving it appeared a little old and the room has a old mold smell. But the friendly staff, the good food at the restourant and the happy ambien at the hall make me grow to like the hotel more each day pass. Suggest the hotel to put on some scented candle or aroma oil burner to freshen up the air in the room. P/S The lady guard who dies bodyscan isn't friendly.... More

    Seems to be not as good as in the past

    I have stayed here three of four times a year over the past few years and have always rated it highly. This time though it feels as if it has lost some of the sparkle. Upon arrival it took three phone calls and a wait of an hour for luggage to be delivered to the room. I would have been happy to have brought it up myself but they insisted it would be brought up. Each day at breakfast the tables are not fully set and the regular supply of tea or coffee from attentive staff is no longer there. One morning I was shown to a table that had not been wiped down and they ran out of plates at the buffet ... it wasn't that busy! Service in the lobby bar is really slow, it used to be efficient and again the attentive staff are few and far between. A lot of the staff that I used to recognise no longer seem to be around. There are a number of redeeming features ... the beds are really comfortable, the rooms are spotless and when you can get their attention the staff friendly. It is a real shame that they have let things slip and I'll be looking at other options next trip. ... More

    As the title says, im warning everyone to book this hotel. This is NOT situated close to the airport, but far away in Thane. The pictures and good reviews here are referring to "The Leela" which is a 5 star hotel close to the airport. I booked and payed in advance. Contacted the hotel about this "misunderstanding" but they refused to refund this booking. Steer clear. ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 AM and the standard check-out time is 12 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
