    My Parents travelled from Bangalore to Delhi on 24th September and i had made a booking from booking.com in this hotel. I had mailed the hotel and told them my parents will be arriving Delhi in the late night 12.30am. I called them and even spoke to them to arrange a Cab from Airport to their hotel. @24 th Morning i got a call also from the Hotel confirming about the booking. I gave my parents the number and told them to call the hotel once they reach, after they reached delhi they called the number no response from the hotel, the hotel guys also didnt call them he had told me he will contact my parents. My parents had to search for other hotel in the night imagine there condition. I request all please dont make any booking to avoid this kind of inconvience.... More

    Bed sheet and pillow covers were provided used, blanket was smelling, no cleanness in room, staff was very unprofessional, toilet and bathroom was in 1.5 meter square and very dirty. Pathetic condition. It's better to stay in a charity dharamshala then this hotel.... More

    It was a decent stay, value for money. Hotel is near to the Delhi airport, staff is very helpful, neat and clean room, not very noisy. And yes the food was delicious, I miss tandoori chicken, will stay again on our next trip.... More

    Disgraceful staff with poor customer service

    My girlfriend and I made a booking and arrived on the morning after travelling all night on a bus. We realised we were slightly early so we offered to pay a bit extra but Vivek, the receptionist, refused and asked for 800 rupees extra, more than we were even paying for the night stay. We then said we would wait until check in time in the lobby, but he rudely told us to get out. When we finally got in the room, we asked how the hot water works, and Vivek said he would send someone up. No one ever came. Overall, the room was good condition, but due to the staff I would not stay or recommend staying here. Plenty of other places... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
