    Terrible....simply avoid !!

    I found this hotel to be terrible. The rooms and bathrooms were filled with small cockroaches. I killed at least a dozen of those. I told the hotel boy to at least get an insect sprayer but there was no response. Due to this, we did not have a peaceful sleep. Bedsheets had stains. Food was without salt. In short, from my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.... More

    I have been to this hotel with 4 of my friends and the auto guy bought us to this hotel when we saw the prices for rooms it was like OMG you can't afford that price for that hotel and we were in room number 208 acutely that is not a room it's balcony or corridor I guess and the cunning hotel to make money they changed it into room service is very poor we paid 2700₹ for 24hrs to this bloody hotel which is worthless and I noticed that hotel has every amenity which mentioned above but I guess it is of no use because it never works as soon as we check in we switch in the TV and it's not working blank screen we called reception he tried doing some thing even that doesn't work he came back to room few minutes later he changed the set top box and the cable wire it's still the same and he was saying that it's problem with cable I'll check the Base point and come okay we agreed it's been an hour nothing we heard we called reception again and informed him about the about the issue and he sent the other boy he fixed it So please guys don't prefer this hotel it's loss of your money and time you can't even stay peacefully you're time will while away just calling reception and watching what they are doing that's it The room what we got(208) it has a garbage on road that is our view it's a non ac room we opted for we can't open the window because of that smell the room is exactly on main road full of traffic sound thought out the day Only one benefit the hotel has if any wants to Rome locally it has metro in walkable distance the metro station name is RAMAKRISHNA ASHRAM MARG you can get down at rajiv chock which 2 or 1 stop away from RAMAKRISHNA ashram marg and rajiv chock is major station you will have plenty merto trains from rajiv chock metro station...     Cheating rates on room rent for outsiders. Different rates for different customers as decided by the receptionist. No bill provided for extra rates levied for no reason. The reception must be a pleasing person rather than a rude person.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
