    The hotel is on a street with very less PARKING. Staff service is not at all acceptable level. No supplies like coffee/tea/water in the rooms. Rooms are very small though neat and clean. There is no comparison with Le Grande Residency in Coimbatore in terms of service and cleanliness. No idea how they were approved by OYO Rooms, whose properties are reasonably good.... More

    The hotel is on a small street with NO PARKING. Staff service is not at all acceptable level. No supplies like cofee/tea/water in the rooms. Rooms are very small though neat and clean.     This is a pleasant place to stay in Jaipur where everything is busy . The rooms are not very spacious but very clean with a good storage for your luggage. Food was really good and the services were quick. The staff at reception was respectful and cooperative. the rooms are equipped with all amenities you will need on holidays. ..overall good experience... More

    I had very bad experience with Hotel Le Grand( Ahinsha Circle-Jaipur). First, they will adjust only bed in the name of room cleaning, dustbin will be remain same in your room & no one will reply. Second, if you are going with your child then be careful, they will provide nothing as per your child preference even you are ready to pay for this. mean if your child like bread, your have to carry this with during your trip. i had requested multiple times but no result and my son was ..... . Manager saab will come @ 11 AM , till time your child have to remain hungry.... Finally i will not suggest any one to visit this hotel as they have no humanity in their blood.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
