    i stayed at Hotel le grand jaipur for 1 night, first they gave me a very small room in the corner by which i got upset but i appreciate when i asked for the room change within a minute they gave me a good room but the only thing was that Air Conditioner was not working properly and whole night i didnt sleep properly because of warm temraturem rest everything was fine.. at the time of checkout i must say the staff is really dedicated for the guest services, i specially wants to appreciate that girl who was in the reception in red t shirt i dont remember the name, that girl was really doing a great job..iam happy that i met that girl at the time of checkout.. i am also a hotelier and being a front office member in a 5 star luxury resort i must say that girl is made for a big hotels...i want to thanks that girl and all the team member of hotel le grand jaipur to making my stay comfortable i hope to see you again and again Regards Sachin Pradhan...     Worst hotel in 8 weeks of travel. Untidy, unfriendly staff, dark and my room was a smoking room. Absolutely no hot water... I tried 3 seperate times and gave up. I came down and walked past reception to go for a walk and not one of the 3 staff members bothered to say good morning. It is not a good hotel and does not fit the description given. It is in a area that would suit business not holiday visits. JUST DON’T STAY HERE. There is way better options for the same money. ... More

    I booked this hotel for a day as we had a 6-7 hours lay over in Jaipur. The room was good, interiors were at par level. We had complementary breakfast and I got to say the food was good. The only area were the hotel lags is the room service they provide. Other than that it's a value for money hotel if you just wanna stay there for a couple of days. For me overall it was a good experience if not great. P.s. I had booked hotel palm's which is owned by the same person as Le grande is just beside Le grande, but due to unavailability of rooms in Palm they had given us a room in Le grande. ... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
