    THE OLD MAN AT RECEPTION NAMED ANOOP SCAMMED US

    We recently stayed in this hotel last July 21 to 23, 2019. We were party of five so we booked two rooms. Rooms are decent sizes. Breakfast is not good. You have to order and they will bring to your room. The only problem we encountered was when we booked for an early morning airport drop off and the old man at the reception named ANOOP said that per vehicle is 600 Rupees. We agreed as we have few luggage and we were five. On our way to the airport, we asked the driver to turn in the AC, he said no AC. It was the same case in another vehicle we booked. So upon reaching the airport, we asked the two drivers why there was no AC but Anoop said the vans have AC. The drivers said that what Anoop paid them was for NO AC and he paid them 300 Rupees only. So this old guy Anoop fooled us and overcharged us. Anyway, you may be laughing out loud for having fooled us, but one thing for sure your bad deeds will not last long as you will burn in hell, i am sure pretty soon as you are already aging. You seemed not happy with your life at all and that overcharge you made, all yours. Hope it alleviates somehow your lonely and pathetic situation. So, BEWARE of this old man ANOOP.     I am stayed here four nights five days. really enjoyed this hotel with family. rooms are very spacious and clean. all staff behavior very good and helpful. twenty four hours with fi and hot water service. this hotel is good located near karolbagh market area. highly recommend this hotel.     The hotel is having a good location near to two transit points 1. New Delhi Railway Station and 2. RK Ashram Metro station which makes it a good place to stay. The staff is quite cordial and amicable. The food service through their Roof Top restaurant is very good. Overall the rooms were very clean. The only suggestions that I feel herein...That the bed mattress having springs makes the back ache and it needs to be replaced with some sturdy orthopedic mattress for the comfort of customers. There is no complimentary water bottle to customers that needs to be taken care off. Thanks... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
