    Manager was rude and arrogant

    As soon as we came to hotel and I saw the rooms, there was negotiation on price of triple bed room. In the conversation, the manager was rude. When we agreed for the price, and stayed there for 1 night. When we checked out in the morning, the person at the counter did not behave well and no greetings to Indian customers. After paying the money, there was some change and the manager arrogantly put the change hard on table. I got very bad experience with this hotel and staff, especially the person at counter who had beard. I am telling his description so that you can identify him.... More

    i find this hotel for my night stay by Makemytrip.com.but it was not a good choice for me as i was expecting.not hot water and shower.they provide me hot water in bucket. not good breakfast,my breakfast was included so they want to avoid my breakfast and check-out time,you know i got a call from reception at 9.00am in morning to make check-out. finally i can say, i was not happy with this hotel....     I was in Udaipur, Rajasthan on a trip with friends, we were 5 girls and 4 boys to a total of 9. Hotel is located approx less than 1 km from Udaipur railway station. Even though it is a two star hotel, thd room was very much comfortable every way. We all were impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, special thanks to the owner of the hotel (could not recollect the name) who guided us to visit the tourist attractions in Udaipur.... More

    Positives: The hotel is located near railway station and bus stand. Negatives: 1. It's an old hotel which wasn't well maintained - the rooms and linen were not very clean. 2. Bathroom had no shower. 3. TV (CRT TV) was placed just for the sake of it in the cabinet. 4. Room service and quality were neither good.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
