    We had to book this place as we arrived in Mahabaleshwar & it was raining heavily. We booked it thinking it was an Oyo so they will have some standards of rooms/hygiene. To our shock, the rooms were damp & were below average in hygiene. The only advantage is that you have market at a walking distance. Hot water is only available during specific timings. Please confirm the same with reception. Checkout time is 11 AM (for other hotels it's 9 AM & this applies to all hotels in Mahabaleshwar).... More

    We visited this hotel as couple in first week of june. We got corner room on same floor as reception and it was much better than rooms on floor above. Room was well clean. Bathroom was clean and all lights were working. TV and AC were working too. Service should not be expected much here and we did good thing of having food out. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
