    Laxman hotel on Prabhat Road is a very good option for short visit travellers / business travellers. It is a no-frill hotel but with 24 hours check-in/check out which is very useful. The in house restuarant is a basic canteen kind of environment with basic furniture but food is very homely and excellent. The staff right from front office, restuarant and room service are very courteous. Cost is just right and located in a nice residential area and walkable to main road for shopping/eating etc.... More

    This hotel does not have any standard. Overpriced hotel with rooms like old hospital rooms. Found bed bugs. Couldn't sleep properly. Asked them to change my room, but they didn't. Bathroom was okay, clean. Should be avoided at all cost.... More

    Hi there I am regular customer of the hotel.Very calm and quiet place in nearby very popular area of the poona city called deccan.. Hotel is good one , neat & clean room.Service is nice & the typical Maharashtrian Thali is serve at 1st floor restaurant & south indian dishesh also there.W/c are very clean. Rooms are small & old one but nice.Ac should be replaced by split ac against that old window ac. Apart from that cooling was nice. Overall great place at convinient cost... More

    Its a nice hotel if you are on a tight budget. Its reasonable and best of all it has a great location. Its on Prabhat road. However this hotel was Pure Veg the last time I had visited. It is decent and clean and a short economical stay for work is highly recommended. Please do not expect a star category service because if you do you would end up disappointing your self.... More

    Stayed at the hotel with my family when in Pune for a function. Initially we were a little apprehensive about the hotel as the façade was not too impressive but the air conditioned rooms we checked into were neat and tidy as were the attached bathrooms. The rooms had basic amenities in place with colour TV and cable channels, though the remote in one of the rooms demanded a battery change. I spent most of the time away from the hotel and even ate out, but my folks who had Maharashtrian thali in the in-house restaurant on the 2nd floor were all praise for it. The only unpleasant incident that we encountered at the hotel was the rate that was quoted to us for our airport drop at the reception at the time of checking out (though I must admit, they outsourced it to some agent). We then availed the services of Wings Radio Cabs at 1/4th the amount that was quoted, to round off a very pleasant stay in Pune.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
