    The only good thing about the place is its close proximity (100 mts) from Swargdwar beach and spacious rooms. Had to climb up and down one floor everytime coz the elevators are available only upto level 3 and we were put up in level 4. Housekeeping was a big let down, had to call up at the reception to get the room done. Basic things like replacing the water bottles was also not done. ... More

    It was nice stay except that we had one night non ac sleep. 1. Food from in house restaurant was awesome. 2. ToothBrush & toothpaste, small shampoo & bodywash were provided on arrival, which is a feel good gesture. 3. The location is near to swargadwar and golden beach of Puri. It is on Renuka lane and next to Grand Hotel. 4. Wifi is free but every time one need to contact reception for the login credentials, which is little embarassing for me.... More

    Average Hotel, Dont expect Much

    We have been there for Two days with Family, opted 3 bed room, got the same on 4th floor but lift is only available till 3rd floor, Building is very old and lift remind me Old govt hospital lift, they do have another one but that is not functioning during my stay. The only good thing for hotel is its location near beach around 100 mtr but not sea facing. Surrounded with small guest houses near by, rooms was quite good and big but staff was completely unprofessional and uneducated, they are after TIP every time they see you or come to room for any work, so be cautious, Hygiene is big issue .. when asked to replace the glass, room service guy took the glass in Bathroom and start cleaning from Toilet hand wash ... which I never seen my life in any hotel... Pathetic ... Food is okay and economical , dont expect too much , its very average hotel. Hope they will improve soon... More

    Hotel blogger please add this hotel in worst hotel list. the hotel staff tried to damage the car by not giving them tip. The family does not have to go to this hotel very rude staff and Nothing is clean in the room and if you tell them anything to clean they are on the quarrel and gave the answer rudely. even the manager of the hotel does not say anything about this kind of behavior of staff....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
