    Inevitable comparison with Landmark Fort

    I stayed here on 11.10.2017 for 02 nights. This one, and the Hotel Landmark Fort nearby, are owned and managed by the same owner. I have stayed many times in Landmark Fort, and this was 01st stay with Landmark Annex, so comparison between the 02 is obvious. Landmark Annex is expensive as compared to Landmark Fort, and the rooms are bigger than Landmark Fort. The room size is the only criteria because of which they have priced it more, I believe. But the Landmark Fort has around 50 rooms, whereas this one Landmark Annex has only 10 or 11. And Landmark Fort has an elevator so you don’t need to climb the stairs, which you have to in the Landmark Annex. In Landmark Fort, breakfast dinning area is bigger and the choice of breakfast is more variety than the Landmark Annex. Rest almost everything like wifi, service, cleanliness, etc is at par, and worth giving points. For both hotels. Both these Hotels don’t have in house restaurant, but they serve food from a kitchen which is not far, I believe, because the food ordered is served in time. The food quality is great. One must try.     Hi, My stay was very short, but it was a good experience. I can summarize my opinion about this Hotel as bellow. Location : Walking distance from CSTM Hotel Property : Good, No elevator.     I earlier stayed in this hotel and very satisfied with the hospitality, location and room quality but this time I disappointed with my experience on last day. I think front office staff needs to be more trained to handle the guest. I had two bookings of same period, one was in Landmark Fort and other was in Landmark Annexe (both are adjoining and same group hotel). At the time of check-in I showed all the documents to the front office lady and very pleased to know that she offered me other room in the same hotel premises after asking permission from her boss. But when I check out I was really shocked when she asked me rent for other room. I explained her the discussion we had at the time of checkin but she clearly told that we never had such discussion and even I had not shown the booking confirmation of other hotel. It was very embarrassing situation to handle when you are dealing with a lady. Over all my experience with all staff members (including the lady) was very good. I already praised her sister (working in the same hotel) in my earlier review but this time it was very very bad.... More

    Located in an off-beat suburb near the docks in Mumbai, I will not recommend this hotel if you are travelling with family. The hotel (lodge) has 10 rooms and the top floor rooms have no windows and the eating options are very limited. The hotel is in need of a good cleanup and a spraying of pesticide in the aircon ducts. Maintenance is also needed to sort out a problem with dampness. Overpriced at Rs5000 per night. The hotel is not computerised and there is no way to confirm a booking by email so the price quoted may not be the price to be paid as we experienced. I do not recommend this hotel.... More

Overview

Hotel Landmark Annex is the magnificent stone facade hotel. This hotel consists of luxurious guestrooms maintained with hi-end amenities. Guests are provided with travel desk to walk around the celestial Mumbai. Other guest facilities like laundry and dry cleaning services are provided to add on comforts. Guests can stay connected through Wi-Fi facility. Smokers are provided with unique rooms for smoking.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
