One of the best reasons to stay at this hotel is Prasanjit Shil who works on the reception. I arrived with a couple of problems and within minutes he had everything sorted. He knows who to call, how it should work and how certain things are best done. He resolved my problems so that I could enjoy my final time in Delhi and made it all seem easy. He is great and the hotel are lucky to have him. Overall the hotel is fine - clean, large rooms with a rooftop restaurant. The food at lunch and dinner was good although breakfast was only so, so. We lived 3 days in the hotel and had a good time. Specially the restaurant on the roof is a nice and peaceful place to eat and to stay. Service was friendly. Thanks to everybody.
