    I was staying here as a tour hotel. When I spoke with the tour company they quoted a ridiculous rate, after reading the TripAdvisor reviews I decided to stay elsewhere, and am i ever glad I did. The staff are really nice. The hotel not so much. It is in need of a renovation. The towels were way past there best before date. (This is not uncommon in India) The breakfasts were okay. The hotel is close to the Karol Bagh area which has dining and shopping options. Everthing else is a long drive away. I would only stay here for the tour dates.... More

    I have stayed twice in this hotel- at the beginning and end of a group tour. I had a few extra days at the beginning so feel I can make a judgment on its facilities. This deserves no more than three stars. The five star raves are clearly friends or paid reviews. The best aspects are the friendly welcome and generally helpful staff. However the hot water and wifi are unreliable. I don’t normally comment on cleanliness as I don’t normally notice but this time I spilled some hand cream on the bathroom floor. When I wiped it up with a damp tissue, the tissue came up black. If you ask about sightseeing, one of the front desk staff is very helpful in suggesting using a taxi (actually the hotel car) for a four-hour tour of the Red Fort and other sights. However, on comparing notes with other travellers, he charges different rates (for the same 4-hour use of the ‘taxi’) depending on how many people or perhaps how much he thinks you will pay. (Note: it is much cheaper to use Uber or Ola to get around the same sights.) One big plus is the attached restaurant next door. The breakfast has limited choices but what they have is very good. The bhaji and puris are particularly good. It has a good lunch and dinner menu with Indian, Chinese and Western options. The location is good as it is close to the metro on the airport line. It is in a narrow, busy street but the street parallel to it is pedestrianised and full of clothing shops/stalls (Karol Bagh is famous as a clothes market) and some food places. At night it really buzzes. For dinner, try Aroma Spice around the corner from the Punjab Sweet Corner. ... More

Hotel L'affaire is about 0.3 km from the Karol Bagh Metro Station and 1 km from the Bhuli Bhatiyari Ka Mahal. Guests staying at the accommodation are provided with free Wi-Fi connectivity and breakfast at a surcharge.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
