    Rooms are not clean. Staff is not cooperative and talk rudely. The toilets are not good and neither are the toiletries. They charge extra for everything. Water bottles are available only on request. The hotel needs complete revamping- from furniture to courtesy. A very average experience.... More

    I stayed (24th-30th sep 2017) in La Wisteria with family and had a Nice Stay. Staff is very helpful and curtious. Veg Food served fresh and it is tastee. Room are Clean, uniterrupted wifi connection. Room charges reasonable. Only thing observed is food and Water bottle charges are little higher side, they included GST+Service charges (i.e. for two 1ltr water bottle 102/-, If you go out of the Hotel and buy it is only 40/- :-). OVer all It is good Hotel to stay, It is near to Airport. Easy to locate, Metro station is walkablle distance. If I Visit next time, will prefer to stay here. I recommend others as well..... More

    The hotel notes AC in rooms that doesn't mean a working AC unit just a unit there. after multiple complaints and different people "working" the AC unit it did blow cooler air. likewise the WiFi was more theory than actual full time available. The breakfast fit for a day laborer what a joke. The low cost hotels near the airport are a far superior value.... More

    Overpriced and disappointing

    Location was good - close to airport and metro, and handy for us personally as we have family nearby. Had booked online for two rooms, specific request for one of them to be twin beds, however when we arrived we were told no twins were available. We had to wait till a guest agreed to vacate a twin. Not a happy experience. Rooms were poorly maintained - stained towels in bathroom, unclean floors, balcony had not been swept for many days. AC didn't cool much, had to have the fan on as well, some of the lights weren't working. Kettle wasn't functional in one of the rooms, changed promptly but hadn't been cleaned properly, scales and deposits inside. Also when the room was made up, a used-up sachet of coffee was put back in as its own replacement! Housekeeping really needs to review its standards. At check out a load of taxes etc were charged, that's as per regulations, but this should have been made clear in the tariffs given out at the time of booking and it wasn't. We ended up paying INR 4k+ overall per double room per night. For that price the cleanliness and service was pretty abysmal. Not going back, and do not recommend it.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
