    We had to stay put at this hotel for two nights & three days because our train reservations were not confirmed. The official description given here is misleading. There was no room service. The rooms were ok but they faced the narrow by-lanes & one has to keep the window closed. The washroom was not up to the mark. Same goes for the linen. There was no AC remote & WiFi wasn't working. He told us there was no in house restaurant but today while checking out he told the foreigners that breakfast will be available. It seemed shady at least to me.... More

    Worst Stay Ever

    We had the unfortunate experience of staying in this Hotel for 2 days! We had stayed at this Hotel Earlier and due to its proximity to Karol Bagh we thought it would be ideal to stay here again. But we where proved wrong in every way possible. The Rooms Provided to us had dust collected on the Curtains and all over the room. The Bathroom had dead cockroach and the towels provided where dirty which any hygienic person would refrain from using them! We put up the issues with the manager and insisted on being allotted a different rooms. After several reminders the rooms where changed after a days stay to a sightly cleaned room but not the hygienic standard you expect from any Hotel. If this was not enough the Service is equally pathetic and disgusting! The Bathrooms dint have Hot water and even after multiple requests to check for the same, no one even bothered to come and check! We kept asking for Hot Water for Drinking since we had a bad throat but it was never sent! They Sent us a Kettle which had an insect inside and again changed it with a Kettle which wasnt working! We stayed here with out little baby and where genuinely concerned about her well being in such an unhygienic place! If not anything the minimum any Hotel that should offer its customers is a clean place to stay. This hotel is really pathetic at every level! It was really a Horror Staying here. There is genuinely not even a single good thing we can say about our stay here. It turned out to be Our Worst Stay ever! The Only reason we had to continue our stay here for 2 days is because we had pre-paid for our stay. The attitude of the Management and the Staff is carefree and not service oriented. Highly not recommended. Never Going back again.... More

    Bittersweet Stay

    I stayed over to attend an Exhibition at Pragati Maidam and this was at best an average hotel suited for an overnight stay. The room was spacious enough for a solo business person while didn’t have much toiletries except a 1Re. Clinic plus shampoo sachet & local branded 10rs. Soap (lucky that I carried my stuffs) and the place is midst an automobile hub meaning you’d not get any essentials easily as all you could find in a 1 km radius around the hotel are horns, spokes, tyres & bike-spares!! The bed was soft and linens were clean but bedspread was short (4ft) which was hardly enough to cover a 5’11” person. The hotel is less than 2kms away from Metro station well connected to all parts of the city and receptionist was nice, who gave me a printout of my Boarding Pass & asked me to give a good review. Hope I did my best ;-)   The only saving grace was they let us buy food from Swiggy/UberEats which was how I survived as I doubt they have a restaurant in-house rather get from somewhere close-by and serve it in room! Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
