    We stayed here 8 nights and were generally delighted with what we found. Collected from airport as part of service. We paid for a standard room ,but were given a bungalow ,the hotel was renovated in 2015 so your decor and in particular the bathrooms are in excellent shape. The staff are great,and the breakfasts fine ,just get there before the 9.30 bunfight from the late sleepers! 8.30 am was fine for us and you can enjoy a variety of food in peace and quiet!. Sadly the restaurant does not make the grade and the majority of guests eat out as many local places within walking distances.We found the wi fi frustrating and inconsistant. The private beach is excellent ,in all we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommend this location to you. An afterthought pack some repellent and afterbite the location is tropical ....     Very nice, peacefull and relaxed hotel

    Very friendly staff with good English. They offered us an upgrade to bungalow instead of the room in the main building for free, which was very nice. The breakfast was quite good, with lots of fruits, some European and Asian dishes. They also had pho bo for breakfast, which was great! The territory of the hotel was very green and beautifull, very goid maintained. Overall,this hotel is very quiet, especially in the evening, and it is perfect for a relaxed vacation. The location was very good, there are a few good bars and restaurants on the beach not far away, the walk on the beach took about 5-15 minutes. Sunset Beach bar is right next to the hotel, they offer good local beer, cocktails and some food, which was also very good. If you go to the main road, there are many places to eat or drink close to the hotel. Just a few things could be improved: They have the worst Internet I've ever seen! It is more or less ok on the beach, bur there was almost no connection in the room. However, if you buy a local sim card, tjis will nit matter. The water in the shower was not hot, and most of the time it was barely warm. It is ok for the sunny days, but we had several rainy and not very hot days, and we really needed a warm shower after coming all wet from the street, especially in the evening. We could hear loud music from the bar on the beach on Saturdays till 1 a.m. However, I understand, that there is nothing the hotel could do with this,and earplugs solve the problem. There was some animal running in the roof space of our bungalow, rather loudly and usually at night. Judjing frin the sound, or was not very small, definitely not a small lizard. There are two bungalows with one roof, and the walls are very thin - we could hear our neighbours talk, and I had to sleap with earplugs. You should come rather early to the beach if you want to get the sunbed in the sun, most of them are in shadows. The sunbeds are all very close to each other, and it is not very relaxing. ... More

    an amazing hotel on the best beach on phu quoc. it was an unforgettable experience for my girl and me . the staff are very friendly and ever willing to help . they prepared a wonderful romantic dinner on the beach for my girl and me. loved the breakfast . good quality variety western and local food. rooms and bathrooms are big and spacious . pool is nice and clean . thank you tropicana ! ... Overview

Easily accessible to the airport, this 73 room's property is located in the heart of Vasco City. There are interesting dining options, namely the Regency, a three meal restaurant, serving Indian Goan and Continental cuisine; and for a Chinese cuisine one can visit the Sweet n Sour Restaurant. Guests can also enjoy a casual get together at the Goodyland, a fast food restaurant, which is open from 9a.m to 10p.m. The Harbour Bar, a British style bar serves IMFL and exotic mocktails to its patrons. It is conveniently located at an easy distance from Dabolim Airport, the Harbour as well as Vasco Railway Station and well connected to the rest of Goa by Road.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
