    Horrible stay

    No doubt the room is a one bedroom apartment, but the place is a mess. The security is always in his own world. He took out check in and didn't take the details properly, which made us fall in trouble with the cops the next day. The cops told us that this is a red light hotel. We were not only bribed by the cops for no reason n I felt very insecure. How were we to know that? Nothing works. The tv remote dosent work. The phones don't work. The couch is filthy n smells. The paint on the walls is falling off and has moss on it. The worst hotel I stayed in my entire life.... More

    Not a good place to stay

    I booked my stay for 10 days in La mansion Apartment. I received pathetic service as food quality was really very bad. there is no generator as electricity goes very often, life becomes tough. There is no one in the hotel, whom we can address our concern as this property is on lease. So before booking your stay in this hotel, please think twice.. Support staff ( Mr Santosh Parab & other members ) tried their best in order to address guests' concern but there is no support provided to them from owner of this property.... More

    I stay with my friends for 2 days and love the hotel in every way, the hotel is near by most of the tourist attraction with 5 KM from most of them, thats why we opt this hotel for our stay and love the hospitality of the hotel.all staffs were friendly . rooms are very good and clean. will be comming back sooon......once again Thanks for the all friendly staffs...     We reached one hour before the actual time, they gave us the apartment, it was clean, huge and available with all the amenities. The best part is the hospitality, they are just best at it. The manager himself is one person with whom you can share a drink. They helped me hire a bike without paying anything upfront and they had the curtsey to drop us back at the bus stand on their vehicle as well. Didn't get a chance to taste the complimentary breakfast but the manager promised us a complimentary dinner on our next visit. Loved their behavior and the ground staffs. Best part are the rooms, they are just huge... You won't feel that this hotel is that good if you see it from outside, but inside its good. No swimming pool is there. ... More

    Best Budget Hotel but can be improved a lot

    I will list out the advantages first. Big space, for a minimum booking you get a 1 BHK apartment. 1 drawing room with sofa, TC, dining table (Non - AC). 1 bedroom with AC, which is decent in size. Wifi Speed is good. and AC works perfectly. No power cuts at least when i stayed. Food is decent and cheapest in goa. :) They have a Bar as well. But at the price of 1300 per night i thought it's a best deal. Cons include: Most of the furniture is very old and bath room need a bit of improvement and thin layer of dust everywhere in the common areas. Also the tiles in the apartment looks shabby. I asked for Bike for Rent and last moment they said it is not available.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
