We visited Margao on 5th June and stayed at La Grace hotel for 2 nights. Its nearly 5 kms from madgaon railway station. Auto fare is Rs. 150. Hotels location is right on the road. Bus stand is just 100 metres away. There are other restaurants but within 100 to 500 metres away. We had arrived at 3.30pm hence didnt explore any other restaurant and tried LA GRACE restaurant which is on the ground floor of the hotel. Prices were reasonable and food quality for excellent. Chicken lollipop and biryani was excellent and value for money. Kids insisted that we dont go anywhere else and hence at dinner at this hotel only. No complaints on the food. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Housekeeping staff was very prompt and helpful. Mattress took time to be brought in otherwise overall staff experience was very good. hotel rooms are small but convenient and clean. Just need to do something on the aroma. Ac was fine. Kids loved the hotel and stayed inside most of the time. If you want to travel using Goa bus services then this place is good else better to stay near a beach. You wont feel that you are in Goa when you stay here as its a city. Colva beach is 5kms away and we travelled by local bus which was convenient. Overall good stay at the hotel.... More

Suprised with the room charges when we enquired at the reception. It was very high even in off season & weekday. They were not ready to give any discount. Later booked the room online & got 55% discount for same room.
Check in expriance was very bad. Had to wait for 40 mins. They refused to take PAN card of my wife & however it was not mentioned while making the booking that PAN card will not be accepted as a photo ID. Unfortunately we had only one photo ID with address proof. I requested reception staff to let only my wife go in the room as she was not feeling well, meanwhile I will arrange second ID by email. That might be because of the booking was made from Goibibo. I am sure that check in could have been done very easily but reception staff did not bother.
When I requested them for late check out at 11.45 am as we were checked in late, they refused to give late check out. Check out time mentioned on booking voucher was 12 pm that we checked later.
Room did not get as we seen in photos while making the booking. It was smaller.

It is a three star property near K T C bus stand, in Madgaon Goa. With good services and at a reasonable price. We booked the rooms through OYO rooms , The staff were very cooperative and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
