    Nice place, good food and room was clean gud experience. Staff was very hlp ful and service was also fantastic.i m refer to our colleague. Its a fantastic experience that i am currently having with them. The following points should be taken into consideration which makes it a must for choosing Krishna Residency: 1. The Hotel Owners are fantastic, well mannered, well behaved, soft-spoken and they takes full care of the customers, not to forget the manager Mr. Ankit Jalan, who is very friendly and looks after every needs. 2. As per the facilities, whatever they have mentioned in make my trip, they are providing every single bit of it, starting from complimentary breakfast, hot water, free wifi. 3.The hotel has got a restaurant on the ground floor, where you will get quality food, 24*7. 4. The front office, house keeping staffs are well mannered, soft-spoken, and they will respond to your call as fast as possible, 5. The rooms are well maintained, well managed, and clean. 6. Overall the hotels atmosphere and its ambience is too good to stay at an affordable price. I am staying with my colleagues for over than 14 days and till now its excellent in all its aspect.     was der in may 1st week, rooms were not clean , food is not upto the mark n its costly too...hotel location is gud considering its opposite to metro stn....city mall is der just front of the hotel...will not suggest to anyone... More

    The room design is awful - the switches are near the main door not near the bed as common sense would dictate. The geyser runs out of hot water before one person is done taking bath - a very unpleasant surprise in cold winter. the shower has a door that only half closes so after showering the place is all wet.There are no doormats to wipe feet after shower. One of the rooms neither geyser was working , neither phone nor TV. No attempt was done to repair in the 2 days we stayed. The linen is not very clean and mattress not firm at all. When we ordered extra bed he supplied bed but refused to give comforter -instead asking us to adjust with 2 bedsheets. For some reason he changed his mind later and came back with a quilt else that would have been the last straw. The windows do not open so no option of getting fresh air.Some rooms were smelly (we booked a couple of them) and we had only one choice to get rid of the musty smell -douse the place in chemical fiiled room freshener as no choice of ventilation. The breakfast is average. Rom service did not have half of the options listed on the menu. Only saving grace is some of the staff members were quite polite. The receptionist was oversmart trying to wheedle cash out of people when they could jolly well take card payment. Troubled me a lot for one print out - making me wait about 30 mins to print 2 pages -that also a faded copy at 30 Rs/page after complaining to the manager. Mixed feelings solely because of few polite staff members. Wouldn't recommend if you can find better options. I've stayed in way better bugdet hotels.ANd at 5K per night it's not that cheap either.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
