    Hi, I along with my family stayed in Krishna niwas during Diwali. This is one of the rude hotel I have come across. Ac stopped working during mid night, they will not provide you any toiletries, nice room but too small, no bell boy facility, they ran out of tissue paper in restaurant, pathetic food quality, no lift, no parking facility, all these put together- Big NO No for Krishna Niwas, Udaipur...     The most horrible boss I met

    The wifi was really bad in the room we can't use it. And the most horrible thing was the owner always looked angry with you without smiles. When I check out, the owner because of make sure I will not stay at the lobby he turned off the wifi. And I ask him why, he said because you check out, so you can't use our wifi. First time heard that reason for no wifi. The most bad service and bad owner I met during my long travel. Not recommended!!!! ... More

    Great location, beautiful lobby, disappointing room

    No doubt that the location is great- within a walking distance from ALL the main attractions in Udaipur. The lobby is very impressive, the stuff are very friendly and very welcoming and the owners are most welcoming and kind couple, but... I got a dimmed room with very low pressure shower, dirty toilet and not too clean room... I can't testify as to the others rooms, but mine was very disappointing. Since the location is perfect one should decide what are his priorities, considering the poor condition of the room. ... More

    Superb hotel for the price

    First things first, this is not the Ritz, however he staff and especially the manager, still treat you as if it is. The staff were unbeatable, nothing was too much trouble and they thought of everything for you, even before you thought it yourself! The hotel is wonderfully decorated, feels authentic without being too rustic! Although the showers are very basic, they do the job fine. Great air con. We had wonderful views of the water palace. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, which was wonderful, if a little slow. This hotel is a great location, close to the palace and temples and shops. A bargain, and treated like royalty.... More

    Good hotel, nice view rooms & terrace but Restaurant is close during our visit, its make some problem for us... room with good lakeview is on 5th floor so you have to climb more than 60 steps to reach your room... More

Hotel Krishna Niwas is located at a distance of 2 km from the Lake Pichola and 3 km from the Udaipur City (railway station). This hotel in Udaipur provides free internet access within the premises. Guests are accommodated in 8 spacious rooms spread across 4 floors. Rooms are equipped with amenities such as air-conditioner, telephone, color television, reading lamps, mirror, separate seating area and en suite bathroom with hot/cold running water supply.

Hotel Check-in Time is 10 AM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
