    I chose to stay at Kuta Townhouses on the strength of a bad review I read. It was something along the lines of ‘if you want to stay somewhere where loud Australian families stay and let their screaming kids swim in the pool to all hours, then this is your place.’ That sounded good to me. In fact it wasn’t like that. Yes the kids swam in the pool all the time, yes they are loud sometimes but hey, who cares. It is a lovely property hidden off Poppies 1 with and easy stroll to Poppies 2 and the beach. You don’t feel like you are in the middle of Kuta. The staff are awesome and the apartment was more than I’d hoped for. If you are family looking for a good, value for money location in Kuta then I highly recommend this property. ... More

    We went on a well deserved girls trip at the beginning of December. Was a great stay here. It is centrally located only a short walk to reach either poppies 1, 2 or Kuta Beach. Mini mart located right at the entrance to hotel and a few spas near hotel. The rooms are nice and large. Plenty of beds and storage space for a family. Lots of room so you don’t feel on top of one another. Nice Balcony overlooking the pool. The windows aren’t soundproof, so it can get noisy. The aircon and fans helped to keep the room nice and cool, and the fridge was large and cold. Perfect for families. My only negatives for this hotel are they don’t supply any free bottled water. In all the times I’ve been to Bali and the variety of hotels I’ve stayed at, I’ve never experienced this before. In apartments they normally provide you with 2/4 bottles of water a day or large filtered water jugs. Our housekeeping wasn’t the greatest either. They never left us enough toilet paper, and kept taking the soap and not replacing it. However that being said, breakfast, hotel and hospitality was great! We had a great holiday. The restaurants had lovely food, and a good choice at breakfast. The slushies were also so refreshing! (With or without vodka) I would stay here again with my family. ... More

    Well positioned - within 5 minute walk to poppies 1 or poppies 2. No trouble getting picked up or dropped off via taxi if need be. This must be one the best value places That I've stayed in.     Stayed here with teen daughter and partner in a 1 bedroom apartment and single bed in lounge room. Teen dagger coming too was last minute, and although we were worried about it being crowed in the room, it was absolutely fine. There is plenty or room for 3 adults comfortably in the 1 bedroom apartment. Pool areas were good, although it was really hard to get a sun bed because of the amount of inconsiderate people that put towels out in the morning to reserve the bed, and don't return until late afternoon. Perhaps management could do more about that. Breakfast was included and was fine - very busy, but always seemed to be enough tables, food etc. Location is excellent, close enough to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Everything about this place is great...... except some of the other guests. This place is geared towards family groups and for some reason while we were there, many of those groups just let their children run wild, while they drank themselves into a stupor in the bar area. Unfortunately, based on price - it seems that there are ALOT of Australian bogan's here. It did slightly damper our time there as some people are just so rude and disrespectufl of other peoples experience. Anyway, we still had a good stay. Would probably chose somewhere else based on the type of people that stay there, which is such a shame because the facilities there are great.... More

    I jus came back from a 3 nights stay at kuta townhouse. The location is centrally located a short walk through poppies lane to the beach. Alot of minimarts, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only setback is they do not provide toothbrush and paste. Not an issue as u can easily buy it from minimart near hotel entrance. The staff is friendly and informative especially Ms Dona. I love the pool view from the room balcony. ... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
