    This is one of the worst Hotel.

    Recently I was on vacation, booked this hotel by seeing the photos that posted in web. I am not sure who has rated this as three star hotels. Mr. Mastan is a mental who does not know how to speak with guests and his son Rajshekar is a fool who is not coordinated with his father. Father running this hotel just for money. This is not a Hotel, in fact, it is a lodge where the entrance is a shop, and reception is very ugly Rooms are dirty bad smell. I beg everyone not to use this is an option to stay in this Hotel sorry lodge. There are many other Hotel in and around airport pls book and confirm before you check in into the property.... More

    The worst hotel for family stay

    I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. First, this is not a hotel but Lodge. Second, there is no wifi as advertised. But they fool you saying modem is repair. Third, manager ad staff persons are kind but the owner is the worst person. We came back to room around 9.30 PM and saw the rooms with many ants. I went to the owner who was in the reception for cleaning. First he said he will send someone. When i asked why house keeping was not done, he said they will not come to room if a family stays there and they will not do if we are not there because if something is missing then thy will be blamed. Great explanation!!! Then when do they clean? I see cigaratte pieces everywhere in the room. Then when i insisted for cleaning, he said cleaning staff in on leave. Then he stated shouting at me saying my age is his experience. He shouted without any respect and said i should no longer stand in front of him. This is the worst place to stay and i am surprised how people had given better rating for this and how trip advisor included this in their website. If you need a pleasant stay, please avoid this hotel. There are many new hotels have come in surrounding areas and it is better to stay in some other place.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
