    Such a worst stay i ever experienced in my life. I booked this hotel for 3 days via OYO . We checked in on 1 /2/2019@11pm. They provided us used bed linen and blankets with full of hair and stains. After a long journey some what we slept . Such a terrible sleep it was. I here by attaching some snaps of the room and bathroom on arrival for proof . The very next day we asked to change our room. They said that they will. But at the end of the day they said no rooms are available. After request some have they changed the bed linen. During this 3 days even they did not clean our room or bathroom. They didn’t even mop the room. At last on 4/2/2019 on check out day we asked only for 4 hours late checkout but for that they made us to pay the half day amount. We never experienced in our life such a bad and horrible stay. There is a sense for everything. If we pay something we should be beneficial for that. Hereby I never ever suggest this hotel for anyone whom I know. The breakfast they given is 2 pieces of bread with butter and a small cup of tea. A/C and bathroom heater were out of service. It was winter too.... see what sort of service they are providing. At last they insisted us to give good rating. We don’t know for what?? For such a horrible service??     This hotel is situated at 4th floor in on complex. Ac & non ac rooms are available here. WiFi is in lobby. No parking for car. But they can park yours cars. No restaurant. But housekeeping staffs manage food in yours room. Selected breakfast with tea you can get it. C. G. Road is a walking distance from here for shopping. My business fried Mr vyas is always stay in this hotel. For business man reasonable rates are available. Thanks.... More

    It is conveniently located at near swastik char rasta in Navrangpura. It is situated on 4th floor of a complex. It is perfect for budget traveller. I got the room at a very budgeted price. For families n couples i would recommend another hotel unless budget is constraint. In breakfast tea n upma was provided in the room. Overall going for three stars for budget stay in this location. For small hotels, service and cleanliness r must for customer delight and this place need to work on same. Recommend this hotel only for day stay if ur destination is nearer to this hotel.... More

    Good hotel at a good location. easy on the pocket. It is situated on the top floor of the complex but there is a lift to help you. The service is good .The cleanliness of the bathrooms can be better. The breakfast options like poha and bread butter are refreshing.... More

    We stayed this hotel for three nights. The hotel is no up to mark. We booked the first night through OYO rooms. There is no one who cares about you. You says or ask any thing to them they will do their own. They will wake up you in the morning at 0800 am with breakfast in there hand without any order and says you have to take it. One evening we ordered that we required Aloo prantha in the breakfast but as usual they bring the idly next morning, when we refused they told they won't provide you any thing then i said ok we don't want. They person serve there don't know who to serve and what is hospitality.......... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
