    We stayed this hotel for three nights. The hotel is no up to mark. We booked the first night through OYO rooms. There is no one who cares about you. You says or ask any thing to them they will do their own. They will wake up you in the morning at 0800 am with breakfast in there hand without any order and says you have to take it. One evening we ordered that we required Aloo prantha in the breakfast but as usual they bring the idly next morning, when we refused they told they won't provide you any thing then i said ok we don't want. They person serve there don't know who to serve and what is hospitality.......... More

    Rooms(1/5): Only 4 to 5 rooms has windows rest are like jail. No ventilation in rooms. We had been allocated 413 & later after complaint was allocated 404. We were not able to sleep for 1 night due smell of turpentine. Bathroom 2/5: Water is warm and not hot please avoid going in winter. The gyser facilitated is of very low capacity. Service 0/5: Pathetic is the word suitable, have to remind atleast 4 times for one thing, 30 min is thr TAT for anything. Breakfast 0/5: served cold breakfast, Since hotel does not have its own pantry, breakfast are ordered from outside. Even tea was not good, its better to go down and tea at tea post in the opposite lane. Staff Behaviour 4/5 : Behaviour is good. Overall experience was not good and was not worth spending. ... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
