so nice to stay here.wanna come back again here so economic and good experience here.suggest to stay here staff behaviour was so good and servieces ar here was so good.room was clean and also provided the cab for city tour on fair rates

Stayed here for 2 days and the experience was average as we had breakfast only, which was same both the days we never had lunch or dinner because the restaurant which they have the don't offer non veg food.

I booked Hotel Kartikeya in Jaipur (Booking ID - HORC6713). After checking in, I found that the taps are dry. The receptionist kept on lying to me for one hour that it will be resumed in 5-10 minutes. After that I called up Oyorooms helpline and asked them to shift me to another hotel. They said they will call me back, I waited for 20 minutes and again called back and repeated my problem and they kept my line on hold for 40 minutes and then it got automatically disconnected. So this is how 'helpful' your customer service is ? I need to freshen up in my hotel after a long train journey, there is no water for over an hour, and Oyorooms also does nothing and keeps me on hold for 40 minutes ?
Then at night they said that there is no drinking water and I was forced to buy chargeable mineral water. I refused, and so had to go without water at night.
I had reconfirmed many times that breakfast will be available 8 AM onwards. However, after I ordered breakfast at 8.07 AM, I was kept waiting for 40 minutes, and all the time the receptionist again kept lying to me that it will take 2 more minutes. Ultimately I had to go to their kitchen myself to find out and get myself my breakfast.
For everything, be it the wifi password or water, I had to call the reception atleast 4 times before somebody attended to me.
So both Oyorooms Customer Care and the hotel treated me as if you are running a Dharamshala and I have come begging to you for free stay and food.
I demand full refund of the amount I had paid, INR 846, as compensation for the horrible experience.

Three star pricing for a two star hotel. Very dusty as there is some kind of renovation going on and its not enclosed .They don't give any receipts for payment . Wouldn't recommend to foreign guest as their price is not fixed. I felt like I got ripped off .

Whole staff of hotel was very kind on other hand talking about services which always on time the food is really tasty And gives a mouth-watering punjabi taste the service staff is really polite and renderd great And prompt services
