    Room was not clean.. Unhygienic food. Very poor house keeping. Dirty Pillows, bed sheets towels and Geyser was in poor condition Smelly rooms and washroom. Service is poor, cleanliness is not upto the standard, wifi is not working, Hot water is the biggest problem of the hotel. Overall below standard and average hotel and not worth it. My suggestion - please explore other options in Bani park. ... More

    OYO IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS

    We booked this hotel on our way back to jaipur from jodhpur. We kind of generally went along with oyo room because oyo has been for long in the market and we thought to believe them. We booked for 1 night , 2 rooms. When we reached the location , the property location is good ( in bani park) but no parking provision for cars. Oyo claimed that there will be onsite parking. We got into the hotel , before checking in we saw the rooms, one room shown to us was like a indian verison of a japan love hotel room, red pillows , heart shaped , smelly room, bright color sheets, doors old , carpet lying but no cleaned from ages. We had no option because it was late so we decided to stay as we just wanted to spend the night somehow. We had another room too but that was a normal room, not clean. The first room ( the love hotel room) had bedsheets very bright in color, there was cum stains on the same, we went into a shock when we saw that and we immediately asked them to get rid of every bed linen in that room and replace that with fresh white sheets. Towels dirty like hell, reception guys in their own world. Slow response. It is a lodge to be honest, i dont know why oyo is cheating customers by showing these rooms as premier rooms. Breakfast was complimentary as oyo claims but it took 2 hours to get it and recption continuously said 10 mins whenever we checked. Toiletries were not provided on time and of sufficient numbers. Icing on the cake was , this hotel had a massage parlor on the top floor and mystery was lurking all over the place. This hotel just runs on people who want to use them like "love hotel", and some newbies like me who end up here by mistake. Believe me i am being genuine in what i am writing , please do not stay here , oyo will never help and when you call them they will come to your help after 10 days , Oyo seriously disappointing.   1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
