    Person who sit on reception is arrogant. he is always busy in watching mobile clips and whenever you asked anything to him he thinks you are disturbing him. Even these people are not ready to change towel. Room are tiny and ends when you enter in the room. only positive thing is room and toilet are clean. location is also good very near to Dadar East railway station.... More

    This hotel appears generally clean however the negative experience was dealing with bedbugs . By the time we reached the airport to fly home my son was itching every where. His body was covered with bites. If the hotel takes care of this this would be a good budget place for 2-3 days. The toilets were clean and the staff very friendly and courteous.     Located within easy walking distance of Dadar train station, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and allowed me to cool some drinks in their fridge. The room was clean, airy and comfortable. thanks also for letting me check out very early in the morning for my onward train. I would stay here again if travelling to Mumbai. As a tourist, I was able to walk the whole of South Mumbai from this hotel (although I do like walking!) It's easy to get the local trains to places and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.... More

    Near to dadar station and shivneri bus stand. Staff are very cooperative. i checked in mid night 12 o'clock. they arranged food for my family. rooms are medium in size but its neat and clean. little bit expensive for my budget but in dadar its OK.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
