    We had arranged one lunch party for CADILA top excecutives & field personell at your property Hotel Kanak-Ahmedabad. Invoice # GJ192006M000011 DT: 9-6-19. First of all hot water was served to guests, including President Marketing of M/s. Cadila Secondly, as per menu in Welcome Drink “ Blue Lagoon “ was to be served , but instead without any reference to us, the same was changed to simple “orange” drink, that too served hot. Not even ice cubes were put in glass. Served only one time, even though it was unlimited. We had given 12 to 12:30 as time of Lunch, but the same was not even arranged up to 1:00 pm, putting us in embrassing position. Our staff had to help them to make all table arrangement. Only 1-2 persons were there from Hotel staff for party of 60 persons. When Lunch started Soup was changed from “ Cheese corn Tomato “ to “ Munchow “, without consulting us. Also, starter was placed last on counter, instead-of being next to soup. Dal was not kept on counter upto 1:20pm , and after our insistence only the same was put on counter. Many guest left without having Dal & also Ice Cream. Food preparation & arrangement was total chaos. Only 1-2 person was there to make food arrangement for 60 person's party. Also after completion of event on 9-6-19, we did not received INVOICE upto 10 days. (Just received invoice on18-6-19 ) It is the worst experience of our life time in any Hotel.     Haha.. I booked this property by oyo app deluxe room. Called oyo customer care for early check-in. Customer service executive degraded my room to classic and added additional charges of lunch. By saying there is only nominal increase of rs.30. Reached hotel, they denied to provide lunch. Rechecked with oyo customer service asked hotel to provide from outside. What a non-sense. Although due to some oyo offer I booked again deluxe room in Rs.300 which was earlier Rs.1200. Needed room for layover only. So pretty good deal. Big room 250sqft. Do not expect anything from breakfast @rs.100 But book at your own risk... More

    By war my best stay in Ahmedabad till date..being an business person im always in hurry and time constrain that im always short of time for food but the food here is so good that you dont have to somewhere else and also they bring it on very less period of time. The staff here is so helpful and polite that they made my stay so good and memorable.Definetely will visit again... More

Hotel Kanak is situated opposite Gujrat College approximately 9 km from the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. The hotel provides banquet facilities to host seminars, meetings, conferences and parties. Guests are accommodated in 30 rooms spread across three floors. Some in-room amenities include a television set, mini bar, tea/coffee maker, writing desk and wardrobe. Hot and cold running water is also available in the en suite bathrooms.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 09 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
