Nice hotel and location

Nice hotel and environment. Best part of this hotel is situated at fathsager lake . Staff is so coperative and helpful. They provide me a tour guide and rental car for siteseen. Morning breakfast is served at rooftop restaurant it's so delicious. . Thanks for all that.

I stay at 3 days with my wife we injoy a lots ...they served delious food on rooftop restaurant best part of this hotel is location near by fathsager lake . Staff is soo good they guide me all of site seen of udaipur ...i love this place...

simple, the best time is gone for the hotel
~3km away from center,quiete area
stuff doesnt get realy english
dirty pre-used rooms, had to ask for everything sheets/towel/soap/toiletpaper/...
everything can be heared from outside
air condition never used
bed is hard with an board mattress
geyser hot water after 20min & had
breakfast incl.:chai + w/Toast jam+butter + omlett at the roof top
free wifi, just parking at the street possible
price-value relationship as foreigner w/1600Rs for 2persons acceptable

Its my first experience with oyo rooms which was abysmal.I booked a room(3 adults) hotel kalika palace for 2 nights(we came to udaipur as tourist for 2 days).I went to hotel with my luggage to check in,firstly hotel manager told us to wait for 1hrs so that room can be ready (although i have booked room in 1 day advance and told hotel manager about expected time of check in).After 1 hr, they started to making excuses that room is not available,we can shift you in another property (another property was situated 8k.m. from this hotel in remote area,no auto/cab was available at that location,even if any auto driver agreed,he overcharged).I paid too much amount during booking in one day advance for my room and at hotel,they were telling me that room is not available. I criticized them about this fraud,one of hotel manager (name bunty bhaiya)started talking rudly with us telling that its not hotel responsiblity to provide room,you have booked from oyo website,oyo will shift you to another hotel.Out of 2 day trip to udaipur,1 day is completely ruined due to this fraud at hotel.After 4 times complaining to oyo customer service,they offered me to shift to new hotel for 1 night or to stay in originally booked room for next day (since they assured us to make available a room next day),we choose to stay in originally booked room(as we dont want to ruin our 2nd day by shifting,as already 1 day has been ruined in dealing with bad situation).I was surprised that rating of this hotel is 4.2 (in oyo website),blood marks on quilt,fresh yellow marks on linen (like ate food on it),no bathroom (like towel, no body wash,soap,lotion etc.) provided.We had to ask for everything,we booked room for 3 people,they provided towel and bathroom items for 1 people.This was worst experience in hotel till now,this fraud ruined our enjoyment at udaipur.I would not recommend anyone stay in this hotel as it is overpriced and dirty room,bathroom, linen,quilt,poor service,rooms are not as it is shown in photo.If possible would give zero rating.
Pathetic Service, waste of money

This hotel is not at all recommended. Service was worst, staff is not responsible, even after repetitive complaining about gyser not working, no one got it repaired in 2 days and provided electric Rod only.On 1st day they just said that it's working don't worry just wait for 5-7 minutes after turning On the gyser. So when we returned in the evening we waited for 15 minutes, hot water didnt come, so we complained, they checked and told us yes it's not working you were right. after so many arguments they providee an electric ROD as an alternative of gyser, which was taking around 15-20 minutes to make half bucket water hot. They promised us to fix the gyser by nxt day 9 AM. even at 9PM we returned at hotel on sunday it wasnt fixed and they said due to sunday no one was available to fix it. We had booked 3 rooms : 1 room had no bucket in it, one had gyser problem. The staff was not at al supportive in any way.
