    Big room but very poorly designed and equipped. Haven't seen such poor bathrooms before, it gets flooded during and after shower. Towels etc are too dirty so are curtains. Nothing to appreciate except size of room.... More

    I am staying at this hotel as I write this Clean rooms, decent food quality, good ambiance. Green layout, peaceful to stay. That's because services are zero. Internet doesnt work? Call in the morning says receptionist. Not satisfied with service? Complain to my HR says receptionist Beds not comfortable, no service kits, lethargic room service. Clearly more focused on party lawn/halls services than hotel. Please avoid staying Also, extremely overpriced rooms, website prices are misleading Avoid, much better options available nearby... More

    Check in hotel Kalasagar at your own risk...

    I stayed in hotel Kalasagar for 1 week. There are 2 buildings.One building has new rooms but without proper ventilation,Centralised AC not working properly. The staff did not inform that AC is malfunctioning rather I had to prove that AC is not working at all. The other building is having old rooms, the building and lift is old fashioned. The lift doesn't work properly and the staircase is locked permanently. On Sunday, the Wifi system was shut down and when I complained, they told that IT guy is on leave so it can't be rectified. The restaurant is not ventilated properly. Cleanliness is poor. The reception staff and manager is totally unprofessional and cheat. They bluff on tariff and other charges. The reception staff told me a different tariff during my check in but at the time of check out the manager told that the receptionist is new and our management changed yesterday and all rules changed just last night so all rules have changed and charged me at higher rate. There was a lot of arguments but he did not agree to stick to what was agreed at the time of check in. I also came to know that hotel owners are partners who have some fight going among them and hence, they are unable to take care of hotel management...... More

    This is a average hotel for short term stay. Little bit overrated. Room was neat and cleaned.but telephones were so bad and I had very terrible experience in room service order. This hotel is located in very busy area , you can get government transportation quickly from this place. ... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
