    I stayed in the hotel from 25 to 29th October 2018. I stayed in super deluxe room. The room size is big with clean interiors. My room had a bathtub which was dirty on arrival. I travelled with my family. My children Wanted to take a DIP in the swimming pool. I had booked the hotel seeing that there was a pool however it was very dirty. I informed the manager who said that he will get it cleaned but even on the next day we found there was no change in the condition of the pool. The restaurant service buffet breakfast and dinner. During our stay we repeatedly asked the staff to place name cards in front of the dishes so that the vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes can be identified as my family is vegetarian. However even after repeated request they did not do so. Usually in hotels the vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes are segregated but no such distinction was made in this hotel. The food quality was also not good. They served moong dal halwa which was supposed to be their most favoured dish. It was cold and had no taste. The same buffet breakfast is being served almost everyday. The check in and check out were comfortable. On the whole it was not a good stay for family. ... More

    The superior room has all the basic amenities. Bath room requires attention. Pressure of water in the tap was sub-optimal. Water will just trickle from the hand shower. Food is expensive. There is no pure veg restaurant as claimed. The only restaurant is under in renovation and food is served in a make shift hall. The hotel staff is bit uninformative. No other restaurants near by....     one of my colleague recommended this hotel, and it turned out to be a good stay. its quite peacful and large hotel. have many non-ac and ac room. the room i was given was quite well maintained though old. working stuffs were realy helpful and accommodative. the best part is the dinner. its homely and not very expensive. good for stomach. breakfat could have been better as choices were limited. overall a good stay.... Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
