STAY AWAY FROM THE HOTEL

One of the bad experience i had in my life with hotels... No Cleaning, No Friendly and No Healthy... The Manager of the Hotel in Morning Shift is very Rude...Rather than helping customer he was arguing and not helping...No toilet to use for customer and visitor.. My suggestion is not to STAY in KABIR HOTEL....

The hotel is located on third floor of a 12 storey building, with just one bad lift. The entrance is cramped with parked cars. For going to restaurant, one needs to come to ground floor, walk 70 meters and climb a narrow stair for two floors. Absolutely unfriendly for senior citizens, disabled, pregnant women. The service is shoddy. Towels, newspaper, drinking water only on demand. Dripping taps add to beauty of bathroom. will never stay again here.

We went to kabir restaurant for dinner first time. It is only 2kilometerfrom my home. At gurukul this hotel is situated. Because of Sunday too much crowd. Hotel is neat & clean. I liked sweet malai kofta very much. Dalfry & cheese nan is very good. Fast servicess & good staffs. Advisable to go. Safe place. Thanks.

I was here for a corporate visit for a month time and found services are good and prompt. The staff is friendly and well behaved. However the manager in the morning shift is very rude, arrogant and senseless. I took my wife for 11 days and he charged Rs. 500/- day, when asked for discount he clearly refused and said since the hotel is occupied and we have a good customer DB and hence you can opt anywhere else , but I cannot give the discount. Such a Idiocy and no higher management is there to speak for any issues. Just one dependent sluggish Manager.
If someone stayed for a month, at least Rs. 500/- can be discounted and one should hire sensible managers that too with good behavior, not to run business in greed. I would never suggest anyone to visit here with instant plans else they will try to get maximum from your pocket. The FAT manager does not know even to deal with a family customer.
1. No Separate car parking.
2. Common lift for all 12 floors- Max waiting time to get in floor-3.
3. Utmost Important : Morning time FAT manager- not worth for anything.

Inside its new renovated, with good fast WiFi, deluxe room is a bit conjusted but remaining ok. Eminities all ok. Especially you will find all food items including non veg... ofcource this hotel is beside barbecue nation....tarrif rates is reasonable..if u book directly by hotel u will get 24 hrs checkout and thorough online u have to checkout by 12 noon...
