    We stayed at this hotel from Jan 21- 23 2019 as part of a tour group. We were dismayed at one look at the lobby. Everything in sight was old, dirty and in need of repair. I had to use the main lobby washroom. The toilet was brown inside and sink cracked, there were piles of dust in the corner as if it hadn't been swept for months. It came as no surprise when we were taken to our rooms. The elevator floor was covered with a loose green turf carpet.. a tripping hazard. Hallways were run down and filthy. The entire place had the overpowering and sickening smell of moth balls. Our room had clean sheets and towels but you could see the bed spread had new patches of repair in it. The TV did not work. The phone looked like someone had pulled it out of a dumpster!! The washroom faucets were all leaking. There were moth balls everywhere for obvious reason :( We had breakfast included in our stay but we were totally grossed out by this place so we ate out instead.Their room service menu has yellowed with age. I felt terribly sorry for the staff. They were all very friendly and attentive but they have nothing to be proud of. Don't be mislead by the pictures. This place deserves 0 stars.... More

    A nightmare of a hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL COSTS.

    Pros: Absolutely zero Cons: -The hotel has never been maintained or renovated... nor cleaned -Smelled like sewage and smoke -Toilet was leaking and barely flushed -No hot water and no drainage in shower (I had to wipe the soap off my body because it stoped working altogether) -Hotel ran out of towels -Wifi doesn’t work and they don’t give you the password, I had to go to front desk -Staff were oblivious and hung up on me several times when asked simple questions -Sheets had stains -Saw cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom This was a god awful nightmare. I do not know how this hotel is still operating or how it has 3 stars on trip advisor. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels in India and have never experienced something so disgusting.... More

    Desperately in need of a freshen-up

    In a great location, opposite Sun and Sand hotel, just down the road from the Juhu Post Office.... and obviously what was once a very fine hotel. Upon entering the foyer and reception area it becomes apparent very quickly that management don't place any emphasis on upkeep. The rooms are large but are in poor condition with minor repairs and touch-ups needed everywhere. The shower was extremely disappointing, with the shower-head completely blocked with calcium build-up. The staff are friendly and helpful but due to the overall state of the facilities, my impression was that it is way overpriced and does not offer value for money. I would not stay here again.... More

    Hotel needs renovation and better facilities

    The hotel instantly and badly need a renovation. The location is excellent, but, with poor facilities. It seems that toilet door is not painted from a long time. At the complimentary breakfast most of the dishes are without hot case and in winter season, you can understand the situation. The tea is pathetic.... More

    Worst stay ever, bad odour from rooms, torn bed sheets and bath room towel ,All linen were rusty colour , bad staff at reception, no manners and no polite manners , very late room service orders delivered ..hopeless food. Really bad experience ,So will never recommend any one to stay .Truly an very old hotel. Bathroom was so dirty ..eehh. My kid vomitted by bad odour in toilet...No body responded after telling complaints.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
