    This hotel in the saaswati marg is just a 'can be managed' hotel. I f you are looking fo something good at reasonable price, may be you can try othe options. I stayed for 2 days.I found the staff here not so much helful. The food seved was not up to the mark. The house keeping was not to the expected level. So I little bit got disppointed.     this is really a nightmare to stay here. it is near the open drainage line ( a cannel ) where garbage flows. it is filthy and stinking place. the rooms are terrible with very old bed sheets and towels which i believe is not washed after every customer use. the location is also very outward where you cannot find any public transportation. the hotel takes advantage of this a charges approx 3 to 4 times the cost of the actual transport cost. they sell the rooms with wrong star ratings at a cheap price but loot you in food and other services. so ultimately you end up paying more for the rubbish services and poor infrastructure....     I stayed with my wife 2 days. The room was dirty, full of insects and dust. The toilet was disgusting, we could hardly had a shower. Do not stay in that hotel, it's like a nightmare.... More

    Before we went to India I read up on all the hotels that we were going to stay in on tripadvisor. I saw the one review below and figured I'd take my chances since our Indian travel agent was promising that this hotel was very good. As we arrived at night, the street looked deserted and kinda sketchy. Uh oh we thought. There was at least 5 people that helped us with our bags and waiting around in the lobby while we checked in. The guy that checked us in was very grumpy with us. We walked into our room and couldn't believe what we saw! There was mold and water damage on the walls and one of the bedside lamps was broken. There was a bottom sheet on the bed but no top sheet, just a fuzzy blanket. There was one small window that was looking at the wall and other sides of the building. The next morning we checked out the breakfast area before we sat down we could see that the chairs and table was covered in dust and dirt. My friend proceeded to wipe down the table with a wipe and then show it to the staff. We were served an Indian breakfast, parantha and chai. After breakfast we checked out. The night before we all (my husband, friend and I) decided we wanted to check out and stay at another hotel that we had found ourselves, Hotel Grand Park Inn (also in Karol Bagh). We packed up and checked out, the manager was surprised because were supposed to stay 2 more nights, he proceeded to try and convince us to stay. The manager insisted that we see another room. My husband and friend complied and said that this room did not have as much damage, but was still run down. I decided to take my chances with this hotel because there was only one bad review, well now there is two bad reviews! Do not stay here! Stay at Hotel Grand Park Inn, it is cheaper and WAY better. I have added photos so you can see firsthand the dirty hotel! Also, one of the photos my husband put the photo that the travel agent sent us (of the outside of the hotel) next to the real photo of what the outside looks like.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
