I had to go to this hotel as the booking was made by my company. At the time of check-in, hotel has asked 1000/- extra for giving single bed instead of two twin beds. It was very clearly intimated that the room is on single occupancy based.
Also, the service section in restaurant is not professional. they mainly concentrate on customers who pay exclusively for restaurant. they don't concentrate on business customers as hotel won't get any extra money from business travelers.
Location is also not idle. A person who pays 4k-5k per night stay won't travel in city buses. So, proximity to city bus stand is not a plus point.
Overall I'll never recommend this hotel to anybody.... More

I visited this place and asked for the bar clarity rules whether they have what offers they have during happy hours. No clarity was given by Mr. Pinto. He was very clear on that later we were charged for each n every drink. Sad customer service.... More
