    we had booked our stay for three days at this hotel but eventually ended up moving out of this hotel on the first day itself. 1)The hotel is shoddy and unkept. poor level of hygiene and cleanliness. 2) the staff does not listen to any of your requests 3) reception looks like some old house craving for a renovation 4) and to top everything, food is very bad and they charge you for everything like pay for water and tea also when you are having breakfast(and breakfast means 1 parantha with ketchup. very bad experience!!...     I got brought here by a tout on a somewhat elaborate hotel scam. Not sure if the Hotel is in on it or just paying a commission to crooked cab drivers. Luckily, I left within two hours and did not pay. The pics appear much nicer than the rooms actually are. If you do choose to stay here, I would say do not spend more than $10-15 a night. The hotel that I actually booked is the same as their advertised price and multiple orders of magnitude better. Also, take note the lack of foreigner reviews; probably by friends/employees/family members. Would actually be acceptable without the scam and if the price was inline with Delhi costs.     I stayed at this hotel... had booked through Oyo rooms... The room was aweful, was not plastered properly.. Had to ask from a Towel to a Comforter, which were stinking... The next day I was shifted to Hotel Ramhan, where the rooms were better. The only positive thing about the hotel was, access to Patel Nagar Metro station which is just a minute walk...... More

    Superb hotel. Great service they give. Room was clean and neat.. Main point was that there was no difficulty in transport. Good experience there. Nice. If u planning to stay at patel nagar, prefer oyo rooms.. Their service is good and surroundings are also neat.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
