    Don't go for the basic non ac single room

    If you are traveling single, book atleast the non- ac executive single room. I stayed in the basic room.Both the executive n basic are too small. There were mosquitoes in the room. The service was pathetic.It was suffocating.I asked them to fill my water bottle, they didn't. Then I went to the reception n asked to fill it. He told me to fiill it up from the restaurant. And if you take the basic room you will have always climb up one floor because there is no lift till the 4th floor.... More

    The hotel is close to Chennai Central Train station and that's just about the joy you'll receive. The rooms were infested with mosquitoes and upon being asked for a liquid repellent, we were curtly asked to buy it at the stores ourselves. The reception was too occupied in Christmas decorations and getting bulk cake orders in place ( additional business) than attending to us. Internet is only available in the lobby and not in the rooms. Also hot water is only available after 8 am ( solar-powered appreciated, but sometimes you need before the stipulated hours).... More

    I booked the hotel online and stayed in 2 rooms of this hotel with my family i for 6 days in Oct' 2016 . The stay was comfortable, the staff were co-operative, the rooms were neat and clean, bathrooms were also clean with availability of hot water, A.C.s and T.Vs were working. You can have tea/foods in the restaurant. However, there is another restaurant on the opposite side of the street where we obtained Bengalee/ North Indian foods, which is a plus-point for staying in this hotel. The location of the hotel is a few metres away from the High Road and therefore, is almost quiet. Both Chennai Central and Egmore Stations are walkable distance away from the hotel. There are Travel Agents/Tour Arrangers in the street However, one should not expect 'Star' facilities in this budget hotel.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
