Close to metro, clean, good staff and vegie
on Dec 21, 2017
The metro stop is at 300m, but not the direct line with the airport . Transport via the Agency in the hotel is quite expensive compared the market. For exemple i paid 25€ for a one way trip airport hotel, where the normal price was 6€. The day trip to taj mahal was proposed at 7500+ 1000rp for entrance. Thanks to RP a tuktuk driver outside the hotel i got it for 5500+500tip and entrance ticket. The restaurant is vegie but not so expensive. You can order via reception in others restaurants arround. The receptionis quite efficient, especially the bold one. When he is not there you can stay without eating for a complete night. It’s clean, modern confortable. The televiaion with En movies on channel 354.the wifi is not great and each day you have to renev the login and password

The hotel is well located but staff is extremely terrible. Not one once of professionalism. I have booked for two rooms for 2 families & an extra bed... The F.O manager couldn't do the billing process.... I really had a hard time to explain to them the billing procedures as per my pre-paid voucher & the extra bed...... Kindly just recheck Ur bill before checking out......
Nice family run hotel

A nice hotel close to the Karol Bagh Market. Fully vegetarian restaurant, which was delicious! Buffet breakfast was ample. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the over use of air freshener that gave me a migraine. The lobby was so thick in a sickly scent it was nauseating. There’s no need for all the air fresheners. So if you are sensitive to scents go elsewhere, as I tried to explain but they didn’t understand I could not have it in my room as it made me sick. But other than that a nice place to stay 1 or 2 nights, while landing in New Delhi to venture onto a tour.
A classy feel of elegance and sophistication

I arrived 4 days early in Delhi and was moved into Hotel Jivitesh rather than the Shangrilla by my team. I stayed in an executive room with relatively modern amenities and facilities of great standards.
the room included but not limited to: fully air-conditioned (a tad bit noisy but nothing major) a large tv, Wifi, well stocked mini bar (Non-Alcoholic) etc.
the staff are hospitable however judgmental per say, but then again I look extremely young for my age. Check in and Check out were handled by my guide, however a swift process.
this was my 4th trip to Delhi so I didn't indulge in tourist activities however, it is situated near a city centre, staff can book you an uber if you do not have an Indian Sim Card.
the breakfast and dinner were extremely divine and reached my room promptly. However, I would recommend visiting Lazeez for authentic Indian food if you were to be out, a recommendation I picked up from a local.
a great comfortable stay and would highly recommend.
