    When you are in Jaipur, stay in any other place but this !! Probably one of the worst hotels i have ever been to. Room service is worst as you have to go and fetch water yourself. The guy at the reception, which I presume is a relative of the owner is one of the most uncivilised and ill mannered guy you will ever come across. He doest even have a smile on his face and doesn't even know how to talk to a grown up lady. All over a BIG NO to this piece of trash !!... More

    I am writing my experience to this hotel (which is average) as I have visited this Hotel because I have gone their with a large group of student's on an Educational trip to Jaipur-Agra. As the booking was done by the "Fly Wings" Tour and Travel Agent, so it was supposed to be very good as they have introduced it to us as a 3-Star property. This hotel is a subsidiary of another property "Jinendra Inn" which I supposed to have slightly much better ambiance as compared to "Jinendra Palace". Some of the nagging issues of this hotel is summarized below which one must consider prior to booking of this hotel during their stay in Jaipur. Firstly the Cons.: a) This hotel is located very inside to a Residential place (not in any commercial area or market place). This can be very good to some but for most of others it is very irritating since for everything you have to entirely dependent on the Hotel Staff. b) Since the hotel is within the Residential colony of Jaipur, no bigger vehicle (like a luxury Bus) reaches to the main gate of this hotel. Only the vehicle as big as SUV's can go up to the main entrance of this hotel. c) The rooms are very congested and small (although maintained well). The back side of the hotel is pathetic as it is full of litter and garbage (thats why the windows of this hotel has been covered all the time with big and heavy curtains). d) The House Keeping and Room Service is below average as you have to make a call every time for your basic needs such as water, soaps, change of towels, etc. They do not perform these things on their own. Its feels irritating after some time..... e) No timely Tea/ Coffee arrangement for us in the rooms which seems to be a strange phenomenon as a 3-Star hotel generally serve them atleast 2 times a day everywhere (But can't confirm as this hotel has been booked by the travel agent and I am not aware that if he deliberately make a cut on this issue for saving some bucks for himself or the hotel doesn't provide this facility at all for their customers). Kindly confirm yourself before booking. f) This hotel is very far away from the monumental sites such as Aamer Fort, City Palace, Jantar-Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, Birla Temple, shopping market, etc. So every time you wants to visit these places, you have to travel a considerable distance to reach their. Kindly keep this in mind always and its better if you have your own vehicle. g) The hotel restaurant is considerably very small as compared to any good 3-Star property. Now few Pros.: i) Hotel staff is good and co-operative so can cover some of the negatives of this hotel. ii) Food quality and the taste can be considered as good. Thats it....... I am also submitting some pictures of this hotel and its inside as proof and also for its overall consideration. These are real and of exact property. Do check them out....... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
