    We stayed here for a week for Amritvela Gurunanak Jayanti. It was close to the Gurudwara. Ulhasnagar does not have any 4 or 5 star hotels. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as they could and that was much appreciated. Their restaurant food is very good. They also have a nice vegetarian restaurant 'Prasad' next door with great food.... More

    Why would you want to stay at a hotel in Ulhasnagar, unless there is a very specific reason. Had to attend friend's wedding at Ulhasnagar. This was a within budget option. The staff was definitely not one of the best I have seen. But, still better than my expectations. The room conditions can be improved.... More

    Too poor staff, there is no water in bathroom till the morning 9.00am in AC room, and AC is also not working properly, my guest was there last night and get angry with me for the poor service in the hotel and I lose my future business with him because of this booking. The booking for this hotel means loosing so many things with money. Now my advice to the people will be to never book this hotel at any cost. -Star Tours and Travels.... More

    I first stayed at hotel jawahar in 2014 and at first glance was not too amused, I mean the the state of the bathroom and washroom was quite a shock to the system, the Louvre glasses were cracked and some broken and the sharp jagged edges hanging out of the frame not to mention the cracked wash hand basin. While the towels and the bedding were clean and fresh the rooms could certainly do with a fresh coat of paint. While the staff were warm, welcoming and courteous, the room service was terrible with 8 out 10 times my order was taken wrongly or was not delivered at all or if it was, it took ages. I have since then stayed here at least twice a year since in Ulhasnagar it is the best of this the worst. Having said that, in time the hotel has, indeed, come in leap and bounds with renovations taking place as I write. The thing that has impressed me the most is the room service, not once in the last two years i had a problem with the service, and food is delivered quickly and efficiently and best of all the honesty of the waiting staff. I always tip generously, and just two days ago I gave the server 2000 rupee note to settle my food bill which amounted to around 750 rupees. When he brought me back my change, without even looking up at him, I dismissed telling him to keep the change as tip, mistakenly thinking I had given him 1000 rupee note. He could have, if he wanted to pocket the change, but instead choose to alert me of my error. So thank you Inder, you are a credit to your family and employer. As for the hotel itself on what it offers in terms of ambience, you get what you pay for and on those grounds I have no complaints ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
