    We wanted a quiet room after a long train ride and before a morning flight to New Zealand. We were given a room with in the first storey. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned yet, and although they offered, the state betrayed that a clean would not made little difference to the many-year-old ingrained dirt. This would have been a minor nuisance and after many months of travelling in India not unusual. What we found unforgiving was the incessant noise of the numerous male staff throughout the night. Shouting, talking, laughing. The entry hall appeared to be a meeting place for them and hangers-on, without the slightest consideration for guests need to find some rest. This continued all throughout the night making it impossible to get any sleep. Late arrivals were led to their rooms again with shouting and loud talking right outside our door. In the morning, when we tried to shower - no hot water. At check out we were told that we should have rung them before we intended to have a shower. This information should have been given us when we checked in. The towels we had to ask for, could have prompted them. To add cheek to injury, we were suddenly asked to pay a service charge - why was it not charged when we paid the night before? If you want to sleep at night, stay away from this noisy hotel.... More

    Good clean rooms, value for money

    Rooms and bathrooms are clean. You will get 24 hours Room Service, generator, lift etc. But food quality is not up to the standard. Wifi is free and speed is good also. And most importantly bargain for room price(Its applicable for all hotels in Paharganj). If you don't want bill/ receipt, then you should insist then to exempt service tax, they will accept it. Although they will provide you advance payment receipt free of cost.... More

    ニューデリー駅を背にメインバザールを数分ほど歩いて右折した裏通りにある。 近くに寺院があるのでインドらしいBGMがいつも聞こえる。 最近ペンキで塗り直したらしく、建物は古いのに部屋は綺麗に見えた。 12年3月上旬にTV付で窓のある部屋が1泊600Rs。 ベッドシーツは綺麗だったが、枕カバーが少し汚れていた。 トイレも綺麗に掃除がしてあって嫌な思いはしなかった。ただ、隣の部屋との通風孔が あいてるので音が気になる人は駄目かも。また、部屋が狭く閉塞感があるので 窓のない部屋は選ばないほうがいい。 スタッフは深夜でも昼間のように階段を駆け下りたり、ドアを勢いよく閉めたりするが、 安宿なので仕方が無い。 ホットシャワーは24時間出るが、必ずフロントに電話してヒーターの電源を 入れてもらわないと熱くならない。ひとたび電源が入れば熱湯のようなお湯が出る。 石鹸、バスタオルがついてるので安宿なのに中級ホテルのようだった。...     メインバザールのニューデリー鉄道駅近くの宿を探したが、夜10時ころだったのでメインバザール沿いは軒並み満室。そこで客引きに連れられ、すぐ休みたかったこともありチェックイン。ニューデリー鉄道駅まで徒歩5分ほど。 メインバザールから一本ずれたところにあるので騒音はひどくないが、隣室たちの騒音が気になった。廊下で話すデカイ声、テレビのボリューム音など。 毛布の汚れが目立ち、直接肌に触れたくないものだったので、シーツを頼んだ。タオル、石けんはチェックイン時に渡される。 1月のデリーは冷え込むのでシャワーのぬるま湯では風邪を引いてしまう。熱いお湯を求める方にはお薦めしない。... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
