    The hotel is not so hi-fi star hotel but it can compete a 4 stars hotel to some extent. What i love about them is that what's shown on internet is in real also. The room service is great and they were not at all greedy in respect to tip. They did their work properly and the rooms were already clean. One unique thing about them is that they are also let friendly. So all over i had an amazing experience with them.     I was satisfied by my room. It was spacious as well as clean. location of the hotel is also fine. Not very far from the airport. Mahipalpur is a hi-fi area. In my rooms,things were nicely kept. Almost all the amneties were there. Service was satisfiable. silent environment to work... More

    The rooms are not the same which is in the hotel website. Rooms are so small and its not properly cleaned. Bed Linens are dirty. Bathroom is too old and the taps and showers not properly working. No door mat outside bathroom. Toothpaste is not available. No cupboard or wardrobe available in the room. Buffet breakfast is also not upto the mark. There are cockroaches in the room. Its not worth for the money you have paid. Free wifi which is not at all connected.... More

    We had this hotel booked for the night of 11th Nov this year as our flight landed at Delhi at 1:20am. We also picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and airport shuttle. Comms with the hotel were good and when we landed we we told to look for their shuttle driver who would have our name on it. After walking around for about 30 mins being accosted by the hundreds of taxi drivers at the airport our shuttle was nowhere to be found. One taxi driver called Anil took pity on us and called the hotel from his mobile phone for us and let me speak to the hotel. At this point the hotel reception told us they had not sent the shuttle to us as the roads were closed. They told us to go to Connaught Place info centre and wait there. Anil took us to Connaught place information centre which at 4:30am with all your luggage etc was quite a scary experience we spoke to the information people who also called the hotel for us and we were then told the hotel shuttle would take another hour to come and collect us. We started to wait but the information People advised that there was no guarantee that the hotel would come out. We waited another 30mins after which the information centre called the hotel again only to be told the shuttle would not come out. We were also told that due to the location of this hotel in the army base area our taxi driver would not be allowed to take us to the hotel. We then proceeded to drive around Delhi looking for a hotel and thanks to Anil we finally found one. Booking.com have refunded us 25 pounds for this experience but we are still out of pocket by more than that not to mention having to deal with the trauma of being in such a different place at 4am with no place to stay. Never ever again! We are now at our 4th hotel in India all of which have been fantastic. No job too small. What a shame this hotel has let their country down with treating tourists in this manner. Please avoid this hotel. They don't honour their commitment to you and will leave you stranded at the airport. I sent them several emails post this experience all of which have been ignored.     Hotel international Inn is located at a convenient location from the IGI airport. I often choose this property for during my business trips to Delhi and NCR regions. Rooms are beautiful, relaxing, clean and well managed. Staff members always have a positive attitude towards their guests and are very co-operative too. I would recommend this for a relaxing stay.... Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
