    OK hotel for 2 nights..very near the bustling Karol Bagh market

    Stayed here for 2 nights last week as we had plans to do some sightseeings in Delhi. As foreign tourists, having driver to send/pickup is a must. The place is located in an area where there are many similar kind of hotels. So they are not unique and I cant find any superlative to praise them. What is good is that it is a short walking distance to the busy Karol Bagh market, and excellent for you to experience the vibrants of Delhi, Old and New.     Sadly the worst hotel in our 2+ weeks trip through India

    Reception and hotel staff are friendly. Room was dirty, blood on chair, sheets didn't look like they were fresh on the bed, bathroom was dirty, hair in sink, on floor, tried to give it a wet wipe clean but gave up. No toilet paper, had to ask and it arrives in plastic still with the 16R price on it. No hot water and rain head shower sent tiny jets in opposite directions, none the same so even trying to wash was a challenge, guess thats why there was a big bucket and jug in the corner. Breakfast was ok but the milk curdled the tea. We wrote this stay off as our Fawlty Towers moment but did ask to change hotels for our last night back in Delhi, happily got relocated to the Swati next door which was excellent. On a positive, the rooms have lovely big doors and aircon works. It wont take much to get this hotel in ship shape condition but as is can only advise to avoid... More

    Terrible stay

    There’s a strong smell of mothballs once we entered the room, they were in the sinks, drains and drawers. The room has no window and everything was old, rusty and moldy. The pillow smelled badly, bedsheets are yellowish. Hotel staff would not stop knocking at the door for different excuses to get tips. There’s no hot water in the shower.... More

    If part of a tour ask for a different hotel !

    Like a number of others we were here as part of a tour,and we would have much rather paid a little more and stayed in a much better hotel. I was undecided on whether to rate this hotel as 1 but even though as the staff were very nice,friendly and helpful,I decided to not give it a higher rating. The hotel is in a side street off Karol Bagh and there is a small reception The lift to the rooms is dirty and the doors opened onto a filthy worn piece of carpet on our third floor. The room was a reasonable size,reasonably comfortable but with poor lighting,which might have been just as well as the room was not very clean,marks everywhere The towels and sheets had been laundered but were old and grey The bathroom was only just clean with no toiletries and a weak shower which flooded the floor I think worst was the downstairs breakfast area. The waiters were friendly but with a small selection to choose from placed on two tables it was like eating in a school gym. I'm sure having breakfast in a prison would be better. Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
