Very helpful staff.

This hotel and its staff formed the backbone of our whirlwind trip through North India. Delhi to Haridwar then back again and then onto Mathura etc. The staff there were up even at the latest hours at the night, to welcome us, settle us in and the ensure that we were fed. The food was great, and the staff had arranged to secure our bags when we traveled out of the capital for those short stays. It is for their kind helpfulness and accommodations that I remember them and recommend them.
SCAMMY HOTEL 🙄😡

If you're hustled into the tourist office in Pahar Ganj like we were and so many others are, you will more than likely be told that area is unsafe for tourists and be referred to this hotel. They will take you to this hotel for free and offer to take you to a room without paying. THIS IS A SCAM.
I knew what was happening at the tourist office but continued to give the benefit of the doubt. My suspicions were confirmed when i was taken to this hotel and they were going to let me up to a room without paying. THIS IS A SCAM. What hotel lets you into a room without paying, especially a country like India. Then the driver wanted to know what time to come pick us back up to go to the tourist office to book train tickets with them (also fake).
We hightailed it out of there and booked a new hotel away from this one and the main bazaar area.
DO NOT give seedy people like this your money. It only takes away from honest people doing business in Delhi and gives Delhi a bad (but maybe accurate) reputation.

Located in the heart of Delhi- there is nothing much to write about this place. Tiny rooms, unclean blankets and bed linen, poor collection of toiletries and ordinary breakfast summarizes the place. Bed sheets had stains- not sure if they wash it. Internet is good- this is yet another money spinning hotel in Karol Bagh area. Not pleased.
Nice place to stay in Delhi

The staff was very friendly and helpful - we really appreciated tips about how to get to different markets in the area (when to walk, metro vs tuktuk). Room service was a great option for times when we wanted to stay in (the food was good). The pool was a nice way to break the heat in Delhi in May. The room was fine - clean and big enough for 3 people.
Even free don't go!!!!

The room is small, smells really bad. Suspicious stains on sheets and not comfy. That starts well...
Hot water yeahhh...But only 3 minutes...
On the other side people really nice if you like zombies.
And you can listen to the nice music of Dehli all night long dogs...Oh so much dogs and the zombies down stairs they never sleep so you can ear them talking throught the paper-like walls.
And the food is spicy and they even add hairs for more fun.... Well enjoy tour stay...
